Design And Implementation Of Information Service Platform For Students Studying Abroad

Since the 1990s,with the trend of full openness,the number of overseas students studying abroad has increased dramatically.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education over the years,from 1978 to 2018,the total number of Chinese students studying overseas has reached 5.86 million.The 21st century is the era of information.The wave of the Internet provides people with unanticipated convenience.Information interaction has never been as full and frequent as it is at this moment,which naturally has an impact on the education industry.Educational information service has become a hotspot in the industry.The era of "Big Data" and "Great Science" will bring revolutionary changes to education,all of which will greatly influence the future development path of Chinese overseas education.Therefore,the information service in studying abroad deserves us to thinking and research.With the rapid development of the overseas education market,the relevant information industry has also grown rapidly.The data shows that there were over 1500 institutions with qualifications for studying abroad till 2019.How to integrate the differences of different website information services,sum up a suitablemodel of information services for international students become a topic that needs to be deeply studied.Aiming to the increasingly common phenomenon of studying abroad and the wave of the Internet.Based on the hotspot of network information and focusing on the integration of educational information resources,the thesis attempts to study and construct an online information service platform for domestic and foreign students to meet their global education needs.Serving for related educational institutions and non-profit organizations.The thesis emphasis is placed on the overall architecture and design model of the information education system,which can also be accompanied by an operational management model.This is used as an entry point to provide different ideas for the study of Study abroad information service system.The main contributions of this thesis include:1.Considering the development of information industry,this paper studies the current development of the overseas education industry and the status of the international student group,summarizes the convergence of the two,and proposes the concept of information service system.2.Starting research from the social environment and user requirements level,exploring the necessity and feasibility of establishing the overseas education information service platform.3.According to the results of previous analysis and research,the overall architecture design of the information service system for overseas students and the specific implementation of each module are done.4.Use WordPress technology to build a website,use phpMyAdmin for database connection management,give the website design of the overseas study information service platform and the specific implementation and testing of the database system and other modules,and provide real examples for related research.
