Research purpose: This study aims to solve which way of ball supply is more suitable for different people and different learning tasks.By comparing the learning effects of different genders, physical fitness, sports skill reserve, motivation beginners and different learning tasks on the frequency of ball supply, this paper explores the adaptive law of the frequency of ball supply for tennis beginners. In order to improve the learning effect of tennis skills for beginners, the experimental results are applied to the actual teaching and the tennis technology learning is arranged pertinently.Research methods: in the 2017 undergraduate public sports tennis elective course of Guilin University of science and technology, three natural classes were randomly selected, with 30 effective persons in each class. The three classes were divided into three groups: high, medium and low(the total number of balls provided for each course was 60 balls, including 60 balls in high frequency group,30 balls in medium frequency group and 20 balls in low frequency group)for teaching. The first class tests the physical quality and collects the basic information, and the last class tests the learning effect parameters. It mainly analyzes the differences of tennis skill learning effect by using single factor variance and two factor variance, and discusses the adaptability of different task categories, physical quality, sex, sports skill reserve, sports intensity and learning motivation to the frequency of ball supply.Results:1.The success rate of tennis beginners using volley technology is low frequency group > medium frequency group > high frequency group, the difference is significant. The depth of Volley technology is low frequency group > medium frequency group and high frequency group, the difference is not significant;the success rate and depth of backhand technology are not significant.2.The interaction of the power quality, power quality and the frequency of ball supply has significant difference on the learning effect parameters;the interaction of speed quality, speed quality and the frequency of ball supply has no effect on the learning effect parameters.3.The interaction of gender, gender and frequency of ball supply has no effect on the parameters of learning effect.4.The interaction between Tennis Beginners' skill reserve and the frequency of ball supply has no effect on the parameters of learning effect.5.The interaction between the intensity of tennis beginners and the frequency of ball supply has no effect on the parameters of learning effect.6.There is no difference in the learning effect of the interaction between motivation and the frequency of ball supply. There is no difference in the learning effect of motivation on forehand volley technique, and there is a significant difference in the learning effect of backhand technique.Motivation has no effect on the learning effect of forehand volley technique, but the learning effect of forehand and backhand technique driven by internal motivation is better.Conclusion:1.Tennis Beginners' forehand volley skill learning is more suitable to adopt the low-frequency ball supply mode, and the two hand backhand skill learning has no tendency to choose the ball supply mode.2.The beginners with good strength quality can adapt to the medium frequency group, while the poor strength quality can adapt to the low frequency group.3.The learning effect of Tennis Beginners' volleying skills in backhand and forehand has no gender.Tips: beginners do not need to study tennis skills by gender.4.The intensity of sports has no adaptability to the frequency of ball supply.5.The learning effect of Tennis Beginners' two handed backhand skill driven by internal motivation is better, but no matter what kind of motivation,it has no effect on the frequency of ball supply.
