In secondary vocational school,applying 7S management model into the class management conforms to the educational objectives,features and innovation of the school.Meanwhile,it conforms to the talent market's requirement.This study is divided into three parts: firstly,explore the current situation of implementation of applying7 S management model,and present the details and operation manual of 7S management model in secondary vocational school;secondly: through the questionnaire survey and interview,know about the attitude,self-evaluation and reflection of the students,teachers and school adminitrators when they conduct 7S management model.Analyze the problem and reasons of applying7 S management model in secondary vocational school;thirdly,explore the improvement strategy of 7S management model in secondary vocational school.Through the study found that: 7S management model is able to effectively integrate with classmanagement in secondary vocational school,the use of 7Smanagement model can improve students' professional quality,students can use the participation of 7S management model in school to get some positive changes,at the same time,enter the enterprase seamless connection.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to implement 7S management model: first,do publicity work;second,form operation manual of 7S management model;third,flexible use the implement skills of 7S management model.
