In recent years,in response to the call of the state to promote the development of secondary vocational education,many Secondary Vocational Schools began to explore the reform of class management mode with the help of scientific management methods of modern enterprises.Management by Objective has been applied in many secondary vocational schools because of its positive guidance,wide participation and fair evaluation.However,in the practical application of Management by Objective in class management,because of the maneuverability of goal setting,the rationality of the target assessment system,and the scientificity of objective implementation method,many problems arise in class goal management,many class goals fail to be achieved,and class goal management fails to play its due value.In this study,based on the research results of the relevant literature,the author takes a Secondary Vocational School in H city as the object of investigation,using the methods of questionnaire and case study,to investigate the current situation of the application of Management by Objective in the class management of Secondary Vocational School,according to the main problems found in the implementation of class goal management in the school,and then explore the causes of the problems,and put forward relevant improvement strategies.Hope to provide some practical reference for the head teacher of Secondary Vocational School in the implementation of class goal management,to provide some methodological materials for the majority of educators in the study of class management in Secondary Vocational School,so that class goal management can play its due role.This study is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,research significance,research content,core concepts,research ideas and methods in this study;the second part is the research review,which mainly presents the domestic and foreign research status of class goal management;the third part is the current situation of class goal management in Secondary Vocational Schools;the fourth part is to analyze the problems existing in class goal management of Secondary Vocational Schools according to the results of the investigation,and to analyze the causes;the fifth part is to put forward corresponding improvement strategies for the implementation of class goal management in Secondary Vocational Schools.It is mainly discussed from three aspects: the principle of class goal setting,the basis of the establishment of class goal assessment system,and the method of the implementation of class goal management.At last,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of this study with the attitude of seeking truth from facts,which lays the foundation for further research in the future.
