With the deepening of quality education and curriculum reform,class independent management has become an important part of educational reform.Apply the theory of school management to the practice of class management,take the principle of "fairness,openness and justice" as the principle,realize the transformation from the requirements of class management to the internal needs of all students,create a relaxed,free and harmonious atmosphere for students,encourage students to make independent decisions,execute independently,supervise and evaluate independently,form the independent management mode of classes,and finally realize the all-round development and personality development of students.It has become an urgent problem to be solved in secondary vocational schools.In addition,the quality of students in secondary vocational colleges is poor,so parents and schools cooperate with each other.Because of the low degree,the students do not like the constraints of the head teacher in the school,which leads to the difficulty of class management in secondary vocational colleges.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to deeply study the class independent management of secondary vocational school students.Based on the theory of weighted change management,management theory,people-oriented management theory and the theory of hierarchy,combined with the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper selects the students and class teachers of an engineering technician college in Jilin Province as the object of investigation,studies the present situation of class independent management in Jilin Province,clarifies the factors that affect the class independent management,and finally puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the class independent management.For an engineering technician in Jilin Province The better development of the college and the all-round development of secondary vocational students contribute to the development of personality.Through the interview survey and questionnaire survey on the present situation of class independent management in an engineering technician college in Jilin Province,and the statistical analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions are drawn:first,the overall situation of class independent management in an engineering technician college in Jilin Province is at the general level,which needs to be further improved.Second,the class teacher management method of an engineering technician college in Jilin Province is not scientific,and there is a lack of effective class independent management incentive mechanism.Third,the students of an engineering technician college in Jilin Province do not have enough self-control ability,do not form good learning habits,and the class does not form a good class independent management culture.Fourth,an engineering technician in Jilin Province The sense of independent management of college students is relatively weak,and they are unwilling to take the initiative to participate in class independent management Fifth,the class cadres in an engineering technician college in Jilin Province lack their own management ability,the class teacher lacks confidence in the class cadres,and the class lacks the cultural atmosphere of independent management.The countermeasures given in this study are as follows:first,to improve the quality and ability of the class teacher;second,to cultivate the students’ consciousness of independent management;third,to construct the class independent management culture;and fourth,to construct a reasonable evaluation system of class independent management.
