Research On The Effectiveness Of The Integration Construction Of College Students' Moral Education And Law-related Education

The cultivation of college students in the new era requires not only rich knowledge but also noble moral cultivation and legal literacy.The application of the basic strategies of the rule of law and the rule of virtue in colleges and universities requires colleges and universities to attach importance to the integration construction of the moral education of college students and the rule of law.In the current transitional period of China,while constantly creating modern civilization,many modern social problems also highlights,although China has always attached importance to the ideological and political education of college students,there is a lack of integration and cultivation of their moral accomplishment and legal education accomplishment.and college students are not deeply involved in the complex world.They are prone to lose faith and rationality,world outlook,as well as outlook on life and values are easy to be affected,Therefore,how to improve the integration of moral education and legal education to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students has become the key to the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Guided by the basic principles of dialectical materialism and in a pragmatic manner,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,cross-research,dialectical analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the effectiveness of the integration of moral education and legal education on the basis of discussing the moral education,legal education,ideological and political education and integration of College students.In terms of problems and influencing factors,this paper puts forward targeted ways to improve the effectiveness of the integration of moral education and legal education for college students.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation points and shortcomings and so on.In the second chapter,on the basis of analyzing the related concepts,this paper analyzes and studies the dialectical relationship between moral education and rule of law education,and points out the theory and realistic basis of the construction of integrated effectiveness.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the present situation,and introduces the achievements and existing problems of the integration of college students ' moral education and legal education.The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the effectiveness of the integration construction of college students ' moral and legal education.The fifth chapter is the focus of the article,It explores ways to enhance the effectiveness of the integration of the integration of moral education and rule of law education in the new era,and puts forward optimization suggestions for the imperfections of each influencing factor.To highlight the advantages of the integration of moral education and rule of law education.We hope to provide valuable reference for universities to integrate relevant educational resources and enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of College students.
