This article select our kindergarten22novice teachers they have1-5years experienceas the research sample, through professional practices and daily observation, found thatthey generally faced with lack of knowledge and experience, lack of capacity, workpressure and lack of mental preparation, in which teaching and class management problemis particularly prominent. Meanwhile, these22novice teachers show us they need fasterdevelopment, mainly related to self-esteem, self perfection and development etc..Therefore, managers from novice teachers of needs, do in-depth understanding, the correctevaluation, appropriate to meet, distinction. Mental effort to create the novice teachers’occupation on the basis of this, through the identification, understanding and acceptance,praise, self adjustment of diversified ways to support the growth and development ofteachers job initial. On the other hand to create the occupation spirit, practice ability ofteachers highlights the novice, with "four closes" activities as the carrier, to help noviceteachers adaptation, into the role of teachers, and promote the professional development ofnovice teachers. |
