Motivational evaluation of kindergarten teachers refers to the positive feedback behavior of kindergarten teachers to children's behaviors in their daily life,emphasizing process evaluation,stimulating children's internal motivation,and making children develop confidently and persistently.The problems in teachers' evaluation,such as too few times,general expression and lack of motivation,are not conducive to children's evaluation and judgment of their own behavior,while the long-term specific description of the motivational evaluation can help children to effectively build a positive self-awareness.Methods: 170 kindergarten teachers from 25 kindergartens in Guangzhou,Zhongshan,Puyang,Shanghai and Shenzhen were followed up for half a year to study the influence of job burnout and career commitment on the development of their motivational evaluation ability.Results:(1)there was a significant negative mediating effect between job burnout(T1)and motivational evaluation(T1),and there was still a significant negative mediating effect between job burnout(T1)and motivational evaluation(T2).(2)There is a significant negative mediating effect between emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and positive affirmation after half a year.(3)Emotional commitment plays a significant negative mediating role between emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,lack of personal accomplishment and negative unease after half a year.(4)Normative commitment has significant negative mediating effect on emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,lack of personal accomplishment and positive affirmation after half a year.(5)Normative commitment has significant negative mediating effect on emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,lack of personal accomplishment and negative unease after half a year.Conclusion:(1)the government should adjust the management system to guide the public opinion;(2)the kindergarten should adjust the management support system to optimize the management and construction of teachers;(3)the teachers should adjust their own thoughts and emotions to promote their professional growth and set up lofty professional ideals.
