Conceptual representation refers to the way in which concepts are recorded and appearing in their minds. In the study and teaching of biology, the proper representation of biological concepts is an extremely important process of thinking. It is related to the understanding and application of biological concepts by learners. The concept of biological creation means that in the objective reality,no specific physical object can correspond, and it cannot correspond to substantial perception(no real sensory correspondence). It must be understood by imagination, such as genes, gene mutations, and evolution. Therefore, the research of this subject aims to investigate the existing status of the concept of biological creation, and on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and their properties, propose corresponding teaching strategies, and test the pertinence and feasibility of teaching strategies through teaching experiments. As long as the paper consists of two parts, firstly, the questionnaire survey experiment is conducted on the high school students by using the concept representation questionnaire that has been prepared and the reliability and validity have been achieved.Secondly,by analyzing the student's answering questions, summarizing the problems existing in the process of characterizing the concept of biological creation, combining the corresponding theories to formulate the teaching strategy, and the feasibility of testing the strategy after practice. The research results show that the teaching strategies proposed for students' concept representation can significantly improve students' representation of biological creation concepts and facilitate the deep understanding of biological creation concepts.
