As one of the effective ways to improve teachers' skills,teacher training is not only an international consensus,but also one of the important educational measures in China.It is an important guarantee for promoting curriculum reform.The new round of curriculum reform has put forward higher requirements for teacher training.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out systematic research on physical teacher training.However,the existing research results show that the current teacher training still has many problems such as lack of specificity and weak effect,which seriously affects the quality of teacher training.Among them,neglecting the training needs of teachers is one of the important reasons.Although the current teacher training needs have been extensively studied,there is no theoretical and practical support for the research of demand-oriented physics teacher training.How to create an efficient and reasonable training program strategy from the faculty needs has important guiding significance for the practice of the new curriculum teacher training in physics.In view of the limitations of current research and the importance of its significance,this thesis based on the content requirements of teacher training,through the research methods of literature and questionnaires.Focusing on three studies on teacher training content needs survey,design and implementation of training programmes and it's post-training feedback.Under the premise of understanding the needs of teachers and their differences in training content,combining theory with practice,designing and implementing special training programs for physical experiment skills,according to the feedback survey on training satisfaction,summarize the feasibility of the training programmes designed and the areas for improvement.The results show that the middle school physics teachers have a high degree of demand for practical training content,and the training programs designed on this basis basically meet the expectations of teachers' needs,which can provide reference for the future training of new curriculum physics teachers.It also shows that training based on teachers' needs is a more effective strategy research.
