With the increasing popularity of the foreign language training market,various foreign language training schools have emerged.Huihuang English Training School has experienced more than 20 years of trials and hardships.As the epitome of Qiqihar private English training school,its advantages in the development process can be used as a reference for other similar training institutions.Huihuang English Training School has the advantages such as large school scale,excellent teachers,and good reputation.However,Huihuang English Training School also has shortcomings in its own development process such as insufficient training lecturers,incomplete training content,incomplete infrastructure,monotonous training methods,unreasonable training schedules,no clear training goals and so on.This article focuses on the problems of teacher training in Huihuang English Training School and sets up a reasonable teachers' training program according to the current training situation and teachers' training requirements,so as to help the teachers' training be more scientific and perfect in Huihuang English training school.This article takes the school's teacher training as the main research subject,and takes full-time,part-time,and newly recruited teachers as the research objects.We find out the current status,problems,teachers' attitudes and demand in teachers' training by questionnaire survey,interview and actual survey.This article analyzes the requirements of training system design from three perspectives: task analysis,organization analysis and employee analysis based on the Goldstein Three-level model principle of training needs.This article uses the principles of the process elements of the ISD model to determine the training location,training content,training infrastructure investment,and training budget,and finally determines the teacher training programs of different ages and levels.In addition,this article also uses the Kirkpatrick Four-level Assessment Model to determine the basic training evaluation method and strategy to help test training effect.This article mentioned the implementation points in the implementation process to ensure the teachers' training program worked smoothly by human power,organization,system,and funds aspects.After research,this article has carried out the teacher's training in different levels and categories of the teachers according to the principles of the human resource management training module.The training content is combined with English knowledge and comprehensive technical skills,and the training method adopts a combination of learning,practice and inspection in order to understand teacher training needs,enrich training content,consolidate teaching foundation,arrange training time and we focused on these aspects above to set up teachers' training plan and we also set up targeted teacher training programs for different teacher groups from the practical perspective to help Huihuang English teacher training has been into a higher level.This article also aims to provide some reference for relevant English training institutions.
