With the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation by all people" is gradually becoming an effective way to stimulate the innovation potential and entrepreneurial vitality of the whole society.As an important part of the entire innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,various types of maker space has achieved rapid development.In the process of the continuous development of various types of maker space toward specialization,many maker space created by colleges and universities have emerged.However,at present,there is a general emphasis on the form of substance creation in colleges and universities.It is too concerned about the introduction of college student maker teams and the provision of various venues and facilities while lack of attention to providing entrepreneurial resources and services,and promoting the industrialization of innovation achievements.These problems have caused the college maker space cannot provide full innovation support for college student makers,resulting in their innovation behavior being unsustainable and unable to truly achieve the goal of entrepreneurship team incubation.Combining with the current status of the development of college maker space and problems,this thesis takes the college student maker team in the college maker space as the research object,and takes the organization socialization theory as a research perspective and puts forward " College Maker Space Socialization Tactics?Socialization Content of College Maker?Innovation Behavior of College Maker" research model,and analyzes the moderating role of proactive personality in the influence of socialization tactics of college maker space on the content of socialization of college maker.The theory is applied to the analysis of the problems of college makers adaptation in the maker space of colleges and universities,and the difficulty of achieving continuous innovation.It provides a reference for the university maker space to better cultivate makers and increase the platform incubation rate.This thesis uses a questionnaire survey method to investigate the maker space of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,Sichuan University,Xiamen University,and other universities.Finally,283 valid questionnaires filled out by college makers in the maker space are obtained.The method of structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis validates the research hypothesis of this thesis.The research results show that the context and social tactics of the maker space of colleges and universities have a significant role in promoting the creation and implementation of creative ideas;the effect of the content tactics of maker space of college and universities on the creation of creative ideas of makers is insignificant.The content of socialization of maker has a significant effect on both aspects of maker innovation behavior,and the hypothesis of a mediating role in the influence of maker's innovation behavior is partially supported.Proactive personality enhances the promotion of the context and social tactics of the college maker Space to the content of socialization of maker.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesis summarizes the management inspiration of college maker space from the aspects of attaching importance to the development of individualized organizational socialization tactics,focusing on the evaluation of the content of socialization of college student maker,introducing college maker with higher proactive personality traits.
