Problems And Solutions During The College Students' Socialization Process

Marxist political party can gain the future only if it can win the heart of the youth. Zeming Jiang has pointed out on the 80th anniversary of China Young Communist League:A country thrives for its thriving youth; a country is strong because its youth is strong. College students will be the national hope due to they are the most vigorous, creative and lively men. On the social transition period,diversification of modern social pattern, commercial and market economy arouse social members including college students'spontaneity. At the same time due to the influence of western culture, some students'value tends to be subjectivities, diversification and secularization. With the guidance of socialism core,value system, we should strengthen ideological and political education and improve students' reasonable socialization, which will have a great symmetric and practical significance for constructing a harmonious society and cultivating all-around qualified builder and reliable successor with socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper uses the relative theory of sociology, pedagogic of idea and politics and psychology, adopting the methods of documentary research, comparative study and comprehensive analysis, at the basis of Marxist human's sociality to elaborate the intrinsic quality and sociality of human beings, the definition, content and feature of college students'socialization. It also emphasizes the necessity and importance of college students'socialization, summarizes kinds of phenomena and problems during the process of college students'socialization, analyzes the reason of these problems from objective environment and subjective consciousness, puts forward the specific measures to solve these problems according to the request of socialism core value system.
