Tibetan classes(schools)in the hinterland are major measures taken by the central government to support the development of education and the cultivation of talents in Tibet.This policy is of far-reaching significance to improving the quality of cultural education in Tibet.However,after entering the mainland,students from Tibetan classes often suffer from cultural maladjustment to a certain extent,which includes maladjustment to the living environment and learning environment in the mainland.This phenomenon further aggravates the difficulties for Tibetan students to study in the mainland.Based on this,for the implementation of the central committee of the communist party of China)(1984)22 file "about in mainland schools in Tibet and Tibetan classes held training instructions",the general office of the Ministry of Education about print and distribute the inland Tibetan classes and the measures for the administration of the mainland high school classes in xinjiang,such as policy,and further promote students physical and mental health growth of Tibet,the author carried out the study.Firstly,literature analysis is used to analyze and review the relevant studies on acculturation at home and abroad,define the concept and composition of acculturation,sort out the stages of acculturation,and analyze the development of acculturation patterns.Second,starting from the research Angle of view of a combination between subject and object,select the field points,contact investigation object,S school on the field investigation,based on the collected by the author in the process of field research on student satisfaction of mainland education environment and culture to adapt to the situation of the statistical figure,combined with the field experiences and the interview data,from several aspects to obtain,thus further understanding to the inland Tibetan classes the students' cultural adaptation situation,analysis of problems existing in the inland Tibetan classes cultural adaptation.The study found that,on the whole,a small number of students from the Tibetan classes in the mainland were well acculturated,but most of the students from the Tibetan classes in the mainland were at a medium level of acculturation.It shows that there are some problems in the acculturation ofstudents in xizang class.Through interviews,it was found that students from xizang class in the mainland had difficulty in adapting to the new school,which was manifested in the differences in diet,climate and work and rest schedule,loneliness in interpersonal communication and language communication.Finally,based on literature survey and field survey,this study further analyzes the acculturation status of students in Tibetan classes from the perspective of influencing factors of acculturation in Tibetan classes in the hinterland.The research found that: language difference,cultural fault,adolescent psychological development crisis,inland Tibetan class students' sense of security,lack of sense of belonging,cross-cultural experience,personality interaction and personality differences and other factors affect the acculturation status of inland Tibetan class students.Based on the current situation of acculturation of Tibetan class students in the mainland,this study proposes educational countermeasures to strengthen acculturation of Tibetan class students in the mainland.(2)the school should change its consciousness,actively channel and implement the policy of diversified education.(3)students should take the initiative,be optimistic,improve cultural consciousness,and strengthen their psychological construction.In order to improve the cultural adaptation of xizang inland class students to provide reference.
