With the continuous innovation of teaching theories,the continuous upgrading of teaching methods and the realistic demand of classroom teaching optimization,it has become the developing track of higher education classrooms to establish an ecological view of education and optimize the teaching effect based on the relevant concepts of ecology.Education ecology is the subject which studies the relationship and the mechanism between education and the surrounding ecological environment,using the principle and law of education ecology to study education phenomenon.To some extent,it can provide a new perspective for the study of the effect of classroom teaching optimization,and a new research method to reveal the education law.The classroom of higher education is the main place for teaching and learning activities and the main channel for educating people.However,the traditional teaching theory system is used to study the classroom in a deconstructive way,and pays little attention to the common role of each element in the classroom.Modern teaching theory requires us to study the classroom as a community,so it is particularly important to study the classroom ecology in order to return to the whole classroom.Tourism planning and development is one of the core courses of tourism hospitality management,and it is a theoretical and practical course.Through the study of tourism planning and development,the purpose of this course is to enable students to master the basic concepts and principles of tourism planning and development,and to initially use tourism planning and development knowledge to engage in related work.In traditional teaching,this course is mainly taught,combined with classroom discussion and practical teaching.However,at present,in many schools,the classroom teaching effect of tourism planning and development is unsatisfactory,which is in urgent need of targeted optimization.At the same time,according to the existing research results,there are few researches on the tourism planning and development in general.And the research perspective is relatively single,so the theory needs to be deepened and improved.Based on the above,from the viewpoint of education ecology,this paper will treat classroom ecology tourism planning and development as a whole,through the analysis of the influence factors of classroom ecology,and carry on the empirical analysis,so as to put forward the classroom teaching optimization measures.To some extent,it can provide the reference to the tourism planning and development of colleges and universities teaching.According to the arrangement of weight on the evaluation indicators in the classroom ecological optimization evaluation system of tourism planning and development,the teacher is the key factor in optimizing the classroom ecology of tourism planning and development.In addition,from the results of the empirical analysis of the classroom ecological optimization of tourism planning and development,it can be seen that the classroom ecology of tourism planning and development is in a "better" level,but it needs to be optimized in the aspects of student interaction,big data knowledge application,smart classroom,practical teaching base,etc.Combined with the above weight arrangement and empirical analysis results,from the perspective of educational ecology,this study puts forward the optimization principles,paths and practical strategies of classroom ecology in tourism planning and development.
