With the continuous development of teachers' profession accreditation,how to implement the accreditation standards in the training of normal university students has become an important research topic.The teachers' profession accreditation attaches great importance to the cultivation of the teaching ability of normal university students,and puts forward that the evaluation should be used to guarantee the accomplishment of the training quality of normal university students.Education practice is a key link in cultivating normal students' teaching practice ability.The evaluation of education practice can not only guide,supervise,motivate and evaluate normal students in the process of education practice,but also drive other aspects of education practice to carry out corresponding reforms.However,under the background of teachers' profession accreditation,in order to ensure the scientific and effective evaluation,what kind of evaluation method should be adopted for education practice? How to select and design education practice evaluation tools in order to accurately know the practice performance of normal university students? In order to be feasible in practical practice,how to transform the general evaluation tool of education practice into an evaluation tool of an internship activity? In the standardization of the construction of normal majors and the improvement of the training quality of normal university students today,these problems require us to carry out in-depth research.Firstly,this paper adopts the method of educational literature research and discusses the matching and feasibility of performance evaluation in education practice by sorting out the literature related to education practice,teachers' profession accreditation and performance evaluation.Secondly,the definition and classification of performance evaluation tools for education practice were sorted out by referring to relevant literature,so as to select the best evaluation tools for different needs.Thirdly,based on the development experience of scoring rules and the standards of teachers' profession accreditation,a general model for the development of scoring rules for education practice is proposed,which is based on the course objectives and develops the evaluation dimensions and elements,evaluation sub-elements,evaluation grades and descriptors step by step until the scoring rules are worked out.Among them,the method of educational content analysis and research is used to determine the observable and evaluable behavior of normal university students' practice(i.e.evaluation sub-elements).Finally,through the method of educational case study,taking the performance task “teaching” in the education practice as an example,combining with the specific teaching content,this paper discusses how to develop and apply the general scoring rules of the education practice in the development of the specific scoring rules of the education practice.
