In order to show the educational function of evaluation, the curriculum reformers put up aproposal that we can promote students to develop through different evaluating patterns and promoteteaching and reflection of teachers through evaluating results. In order to set a objective andscientific value on students’ behaviors, a serious problem to be solved is that establish the system ofscoring rules.In this paper, firstly, from the perspective of scoring rules theory related to the scoring rules. Istudy the structure, types and development process of the scoring rules, and put forward the fourtypical characteristics.(1) detailed (2) instrumental (3) combined (4) dynamic. On the basis of thosecharacteristics, I also come up with four principles (1) overall principle (2) scientific principle (3)subjectivity principle (4) development principle. These principles are helpful for preparation ofscoring rules strategy.In order to make the teaching, assessment and curriculum standards consistent according to theactual needs of teaching and evaluation, my paper studies from the following aspects of the scoringrules, namely,(1)based on the SOLO theory5kinds of strategy of grading rules scoring rulestrategy.(2) based on the curriculum standard scoring rule strategy (3) based on the evaluated goalscoring rule strategy. Then according to the classification of SOLO theory, those5kinds of structure,the former structure level, single point structure level, multiple point structure level, parallelstructure level, expansion structure level, establish scoring rules strategy. Based on the curriculumstandards, this paper from the view of curriculum idea, the total goal content standards. Based onlearning objectives preparation strategies, including one to one substitute establish strategy, one tomore dismantling establish strategy, more to one combination establish strategy.At last, the paper based on the theory of curriculum standards of high school physics strategy andthe thesis presents some cases of high school physics“description of the motion” unite scoringrules establish strategy. It aims to provide directions in the aspect of theory and practice foreducation elevators who preparing the scoring rule. What’s more, it also helps students find theirgoals and directions which should get.
