| With the continuous reform of Teacher Education in the world,China is facing an important issue of the construction of high-quality professional and innovative teachers.Practical teaching is an important part of the normal students’ education,and also the key to the formation of teachers’ teaching ability and comprehensive quality.At present,the teacher education system in China is constantly improving,and the quality of teacher training has been improved.However,there are also some common problems such as the low adaptability and pertinence of teacher training and the low quality of practical teaching.In 2017,the accreditation of normal profession started formally in China,which has brought both opportunities and challenges to the practical teaching of normal students.Therefore,to research the system of normal students’ practical teaching under the background of normal profession accreditation can effectively improve the quality of normal students and can help normal universities to deal with accreditation.What method the research takes is the combination of theoretical research and practical research.The thesis mainly consists of the following six parts: The first part is the introduction which introduces the background,significance,content,methods and innovations of this research,defines the conceptions of the key words and makes the literature review.The second part is about the theoretical research on normal students’ practical teaching,including the definition of practical teaching,the construction of the system and the importance and significance of it.The third part is about the theoretical research on normal profession accreditation.It comprehends the standards of the accreditation,analyzes the impact on practical teaching,and finds out the practical orientation of the certification.In the fourth part,three investigation methods including questionnaires,interviews and observations are used to investigate the current situation of the practical teaching.The fifth part is to search the problems of the practical teaching and the last part proposes corresponding solutions to above problems.There are the main conclusions and achievements of this study: In terms of the practical teaching’s goal,there are some problems,such as the lack of overall goal,the generalization of specific goals,and the low achievement of emotional and attitude goals.It is suggested to establish and improve the target system and urge to achieve the target.In terms of content and form,there are problems such as unbalanced implementation of content and inadequate implementation of form.It is suggested to balance and integrate practical teaching content,implement and standardize practical teaching form.In terms of supporting system,the practice base,"Two-Instructor System",funding subsidies,facilities and equipment,teaching materials and aids are insufficient.It is suggested to pay attention to the quality of practice base,the interests of teachers and the use of material resources.In terms of organization and management,the rights and responsibilities between College of Teacher Education and other colleges,the normal university and the practice base are unclear,so we should pay attention to clarify the rights and responsibilities between these two pairs of subjects.In the aspect of assessment and evaluation,there are some deficiencies in the education practice,education probation,education study and the implementation of the assessment system,which can be improved from three aspects: the diversification of assessment subjects,the scientization of assessment methods,and the evolution of assessment results. |
