Information technology education of the compulsory education period had carried out formore than ten years in our country, as the continuous development of information technologyeducation in our country, a group of well-qualified and professional information technologyteacher is badly needed.In March2002,the ministry of education promulgated "Views on promoting theconstruction of informatization for teacher education", the file points out:" Strengthening thetraining of full-time teachers who engaged in the information technology education,endeavouring to carry on targeted training for the core teacher of information technologysubject and the network technology management personnel in2or3years, in order toimprove their ability of teaching".The target of this research is to get acquaintance about the status quo of informationtechnology teachers’ training and the requirement of information technology teacher intraining, and analysis the problem of information technology teachers’ training by means ofsurvey. This research design participative information technology teachers training model inthe perspective of SECI under the guidance of participatory training concept and SECI. Theresearcher put this model into practice and follow the tracks of result, summary and reflect,put forward improvement program.As the researcher has found out some problem as the activity form and trainingenvironment are simple, the trainer put emphasize on the transmission of knowledge butignore the transformation of knowledge, The participants of training have not investment intraining a lot and so on, this research design participative information technology teacherstraining model in the perspective of SECI under the guidance of participatory training conceptand SECI. This model guide information technology teacher training community participatein training activities actively in the mixed environment of traditional classroom, networkenvironment and the actual environment by means of project-based learning and task driven.paying close attention to the transformation of knowledge under the guidance of participatorytraining concept and SECI. The training activities include Lectures, field view, hands-onpractice, team cooperation, resource sharing, lectures, seminars, etc. The anticipated goal ofthe model is: promoting participants’ knowledge construction, Gathering and sharing excellentresources, promoting the professional development of information technology teacher,improving the training effect.
