In recent years, the employment of college graduates is getting more serious with the increasing number of graduates every year. With the continued promotion of Premier Li Keqiang's slogan "Mass Entrepreneurship,Innovation for All",and the in-depth development of innovation-driven development strategy, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship has been an important way to promote China's economic transformation. At the same time, promoting college students' entrepreneurship is of great practical significance to create more jobs.As the successor of the new era, college students are the core force to promote social development, and their entrepreneurial intention is naturally paid attention to by scholars.Traditional economic theory holds that human capital and material capital play an important role in economic development. But in addition, the social network owned by individuals also plays an important role in the real life of China, which is also concerned by experts and scholars. To achieve the "mass entrepreneurship" of the beautiful scene, the first thing you need is to have entrepreneurial intention. As a resource, social network plays an important role for potential entrepreneurs. However, many college students know little about social networks and know little about the value that a series of resources they have can bring. Therefore,it is necessary to study the social network of college students in order to improve the quality and available value of the social network. At the same time, with the continuous development of society, the psychological quality of potential entrepreneurs has been paid more and more attention.Among them, there is little research on the fear of failure as an intermediary variable. In real life, the psychological quality and risk awareness of college students have an important influence on the development of entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the intermediary role between the social network and the intention to start a business is worth studying. In addition,a review of the relevant literature can be found to be less research on the regulatory role of entrepreneurship education. Therefore, this paper takes the social network of college students as the starting point to study its influence on entrepreneurial intention,as well as the influence of fear of failure on entrepreneurial intention and its intermediary role between social network and entrepreneurial intention, and the regulatory role of entrepreneurial education on social network and entrepreneurial intention.By using social network theory, planning behavior theory and entrepreneurship cognition theory, the research hypothesis is put forward on the basis of analyzing the reality and related literature. In this paper,332 college students as the research object, mainly by questionnaire,on the basis of the accuracy and validity analysis of the questionnaire, the use of descriptive analysis,multi-regression analysis, correlation analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the effective samples, and the hypothesis put forward in this study to verify one by one,the following conclusions are:(1)Social network has significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention,(2)social network has significant negative influence on fear of failure,(3)fear of failure has significant negative influence on entrepreneurial intention,(4)fear of failure has an intermediary effect between social network and entrepreneurial intention,(5)Entrepreneurship education has a regulating effect on social networks and entrepreneurial intentions. Finally, from the three aspects of constructing and expanding the social network of college students, reducing the fear of failure and perfecting the entrepreneurship education of college students,it provides supporting measures to enhance the intention of college students to start their own businesses.
