In recent years, after decades of rapid growth, China’s economy showing a slowing trend. As a result, countries and more and more public pay attention to the role of the entrepreneurial. It not only promotes economic growth of the propeller, but also solves the difficult employment of entrepreneurship. At present, the state implemented a policy under the "public entrepreneurship and innovation", it has become a hot topic in academia that how to promote college students actively engaged in entrepreneurial activity after graduation. An important prerequisite for entrepreneurial activity is carried out with the entrepreneurial intention. There are many factors affecting college students have a lot of entrepreneurial intention.While China’s economic development, the rapid development of colleges and universities. With the rapid expansion of universities, although more and more people access to higher education, but at the same time, it also brings about many problems, especially is the difficult employment. Therefore, to encourage students to carry out entrepreneurship after graduation has become an important measure, in order to solve the employment of university students.In the process of entrepreneurship, it is of great import for entrepreneurial success whether college students have a rich network of resources. Now, the main object of the research of the entrepreneurial is the domestic business enterprises and migrant workers, as for considering the circumstances that the research of the college students’ entrepreneurship is very rare. This article carries out empirical research on entrepreneurial intention and its influence mechanism combined with the present situation of Chinese, trying to answer what kind of college students have a social network in higher entrepreneurial intention, so as to promote the success rate of the entrepreneurial.Based on the literature review, focusing on the basic question " how the social network(network resources) of entrepreneurial college students(specifically for undergraduate) impact on the entrepreneurial intention ". On the basis analysis of the current employment situation of college students and review the relevant literature on entrepreneurship, this research puts forward the hypotheses(individual, social networks and entrepreneurship intention) through the questionnaire survey, and using SPSS software to verify the assumption and practical significance.Through the above analysis, the conclusions are as follows:(1) Gender, major, origin of students, the degree of entrepreneurship education for college students have an important impact on entrepreneurial intention. Because of the individual property are different, the entrepreneurial intentions of university students also exist differences.(2) Three sub-dimensions of College Students’ social network(network scale, network connection strength, network heterogeneity) have a significant positive significance on entrepreneurial intention.
