The slogans of "innovative countries" and "starting employment with entrepreneurship" and the severe employment reality make the social phenomena that encourage innovation and support entrepreneurship indiscriminate,and university students are the most important potential groups for undertaking entrepreneurial activities and the importance of entrepreneurship.The members have become the focus of the study;taking entrepreneurship to promote employment as a powerful means to solve the current employment problem is even more worthy of our research and reflection.Objective:Entrepreneurship is a planned and conscious activity and behavior.In the United States,the enrollment rate of undergraduate college students can reach 20%,while in China,it is only about 1%.One of the important reasons for this phenomenon is that college students have a fear for entrepreneurial activities.After all,entrepreneurship is not an overnight event.It requires individuals to persist.With efforts,and in this process,stress is everywhere,and social support is one of the key factors in relieving the individual's stressful events.Whether it will affect the college students'preparation for entrepreneurial behavior and whether they are fear of entrepreneurship and college students The relationship between entrepreneurial preparation behavior has an impact and needs further study.Methods:Quantitative analysis was used to randomly sample university students in colleges and universities in Xi'an,Nanning and Chongqing,and issue"Entrepreneurial Fear Scale," "Social Support Scale," and "Students' Readiness for Behavioural Scale".Conducting empirical research,a total of 518 questionnaires were issued,467 valid questionnaires were returned,and the effective recovery rate was 90.15%.The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,variance analysis and hierarchical regression analysis through SPSS22.0 software.The relationship among fear of entrepreneurial,social support,and college students' entrepreneurial preparation behavior was studied.Results:(1)fear of entrepreneurship in gender,professional,family financial situation,family members whether or not have entrepreneurial experience,close friends whether or not have entrepreneurial experience and parental education level are significantly different;social support has significant differences in family economy,but no significant difference in other demographic variables There are significant differences in students ' preparation behavior in grade,profession,family members whether they have entrepreneurial experience,whether their friends have entrepreneurial experience and their parents' educational level.(2)The fear of entrepreneurship has a significant negative predictive effect on college students' preparation behavior.(3)Social support plays an important role in the regulation of entrepreneurial fear and college students ' preparation behavior,and with the support of high social,fear of entrepreneurship has a significant forecast for undergraduates ' entrepreneurial preparation behavior,and low social support,fear of entrepreneurship has no significant forecast for undergraduates'entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Based on the empirical research,this study puts forward the following suggestions to reduce college students ' fear of entrepreneurship and improve their social support,so as to produce more entrepreneurial preparation behavior:1.Strengthen the cultivation and training of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality.2.Promoting the social support of college students rationally and forcefully.Pay attention to the school level of entrepreneurial support,strengthen the implementation of the Government's business support policy;increase the support of the family for college students ' entrepreneurship?...
