College students are the future and hope of the country,so college students should have good physical quality in addition to learning academic knowledge.From the current situation of students' physical fitness,at the level of school sports,the participation of students' enthusiasm in physical education classes and extracurricular physical exercise activities are important factors affecting students' physical health.Therefore,this research in northwest university for nationalities level 2017 male students as investigation object,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics,investigation affect the enthusiasm of student participation in sports options required course and influencing factors,and the situation of the physical exercise class inside and outside,through the survey results of total measuring state of school sports development at present,focus on looking for public sports compulsory courses improvement,the design basis and focus of the reform of teaching,achieve the goal of physical enhancement of students teaching effectiveness.The results show that:1.Longitudinal tracking of the results of three physical tests(50m,standing long jump,800m(female)/ 1000m(male))of the samples in the past two years.Paired T test results showed that the mean results of the three physical tests of the total samples of male students in 2018 were all higher than that of the total samples in 2017.The total sample mean of women's 800-meter endurance performance in 2018 has a downward trend compared with the total sample mean in 2017,while the other two quality performance have improved,and the variation of each performance is significantly different(P < 0.01*).This change of significant statistical significance may be closely related to extracurricular physical exercise and classroom exercise intensity,and the level of exercise intensity is objectively determined by the intensity requirements of the classroom and the willingness to participate in the classroom.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the causes of in-class and out-of-class exercise and classroom enthusiasm in order to improve the current situation of students' physical test results.2.The sample classroom and extracurricular exercise frequency,intensity exercise intensity option percentage statistical results show that:(1)week barely extracurricular physical exercise and only 1 times a week of extracurricular physical exercise students account for 71.20% of the total sample,for more than 2 times and 3times a week of extracurricular physical exercise students account for 28.80% of thetotal sample.Students with low and very low intensity of extracurricular physical exercise accounted for 76.50% of the total sample survey,and students with very high and high intensity of extracurricular physical exercise accounted for 23.50% of the total sample survey.(2)students with very high and very low exercise intensity in physical education class accounted for 27.10% of the total sample survey,while students with low and very low exercise intensity in physical education class accounted for 72.90% of the total sample survey.The data shows that most students have low exercise intensity in physical education class,which has a certain effect on physical fitness test results.3.The low intensity of classroom exercise may be related to the low desire of students to participate in activities,which is objectively manifested as the low or low level of classroom participation enthusiasm.The survey sample classroom participation enthusiasm is divided into three dimensions to investigate:consciousness,initiative,persistence.In the survey sample,boys' participation in class is 7.68 and girls' participation in class is 6.97.According to the evaluation standard of the total mean of positivity,boys' participation in class is above the average level,while girls' participation in class is below the average level.Indirectly,it shows that the exercise intensity of boys in class is at the above average level of the evaluation standard due to their participation enthusiasm,and the exercise intensity may be guaranteed by the above average level.The activity intensity of female students in class is at the middle to lower level of the evaluation standard due to their participation enthusiasm,so the activity intensity may be guaranteed by the middle to lower level.4.By analyzing the correlation degree between the students' participation in class and the physical condition of different option classes,the results show that :(1)boys' participation in basketball option class is 8.09,while girls' participation in class is7.63.The participation level for boys in volleyball is 7.79.In the badminton optional class,both male and female students' participation enthusiasm is 7.77.According to the evaluation standard of the total mean of positivity,the classroom participation enthusiasm of male and female students in the above classes is above the average level,and it is concluded indirectly that the classroom exercise intensity of male and female students is above the average level of the evaluation standard due to the participation enthusiasm.In addition to extracurricular exercise,it is the main reason for the change of physical test scores.(2)the participation enthusiasm of girls in theoptional volleyball class is 7.40.In the football option class,boys' participation is 7.23 and girls' participation is 7.03.In table tennis optional class,boys' participation is 7.36 and girls' participation is 7.14.In the aerobics class,boys' participation is 6.93 and girls' participation is 7.21.In the optional martial arts class,boys' participation is 7.14 and girls' participation is 6.86.According to the evaluation standard of the total mean of positivity,the classroom participation enthusiasm of male and female students in the above courses is below the average level,and it is concluded indirectly that the classroom exercise intensity of male and female students is below the average level of the evaluation standard due to the participation enthusiasm.Excluding the investigation results that the extracurricular exercise situation was not optimistic,it became the main reason for the change of the physical test results.5.The reasons affecting students' classroom participation degree options percentage of survey statistics,according to the results of(1)the effect of internal factors influencing students' classroom participation influence degree from high to low in turn is self interest(81.30%)> sports motivation(80.60%)> its inert(77.90%)> its movement demand(77.20%)> its technical level(76.60%).(2)the influence degree of external factors on students' classroom participation was from high to low,which were the diversity of teaching methods(85.00%),the interest of >teaching content(84.90%),the > environmental factors(82.60%),the > teachers' personal behaviors(82.20%)and the affinity of > teachers(82.00%).It shows that the influence of internal and external factors on classroom participation is different among individuals in the overall sample.According to the survey results,the internal factors affecting students' enthusiasm in class participation include their own interest,sports demand,sports motivation,technical level and inertia.However,teachers' personal words and deeds,teachers' affinity,teachers' diversity of teaching methods,teaching contents' interest and environmental factors are the main external influencing factors,which individually or collectively have an impact on students' classroom participation enthusiasm.Hints: university sports class participation enthusiasm and extracurricular physical exercise affects the healthy development of physical quality,how to according to the survey,pay attention to the various factors effecting the class participation enthusiasm effectively improved,and promote effectively improve students' classroom participation,on improving college students physical health,is the university public physical education curriculum should pay attention to the problemand improve the path,and even if students in the future to become a sports people,cultivate lifelong sports consciousness are crucial.
