Results from a sample of202college students(87males and115females) suggested that the fun motivation wassignificant different between different nationalities, the appearancemotivation was different from the interaction of age and gender, the highbody surveillance and body shame was related to exercise with parentsand peers, the high self-objectification and lower appearance controlbeliefs was related to do free activity.Based on the discussion about reason and interference of exercise andself-objectification, the high body shame was reluctant to participation insports, which was aversion with appearance control beliefs. The healthmotivation was mediated the relationship among body surveillance andaerobic and jogging, indicating that the effect of high body surveillanceon aerobic and jogging was partial mediated by health motivation. Theability motivation was mediated the relationship between high bodysurveillance and reluctant to do exercise. The exercise motivation didn’tmediate the relationship of objectification and exercise insistence, didn’tthe appearance motivation do.
