| As the vessel of urban traffic,public transport plays a great role in people's daily life.In recent years,The issues related to public transport have attracted widespread attention in China,bus drivers appear in front of the public frequently.With the development of society and the acceleration of life rhythm,everyone's life and work are full of stress,bus drivers are no exception.This study is based on the bus driver decompression project undertaken by the organization of author's internship.I follow the project team into the bus E company in Z city.During the research,we got that bus drivers in downtime who have the willingness to ask the social worker for help through the leader of the company.Through the questionnaires,observations and interviews to understand the situation of bus drivers in downtime.Through the analysis of the data collected,we found that these drivers were under great psychological stress.Their psychological stress is mainly reflected in three aspects: first,the cognition.They have a deviation in their cognition of the reasons for downtime,think that the system leads to lockout.They also lack of understanding of the matched-degree between mistakes and punishment consequences,they think the company makes a fuss.They are dissatisfied with the result of punishment.They doubt about themselves,deny themselves and feel low self-worth.Second,the emotional.The lockout gives them a lot of negative emotions that they can not solve in time.Third,behavior.They went slow in their work.They have no clear plan for career development,and they were at a loss.They shut themselves off from communicating with others.In response,they need to relieve the psychological stress.To sum up,from the perspective of social work,it is necessary for bus drivers in downtime to relieve the psychological stress.Through the concept of psychological stress operationalization,starting from three aspects of cognitive,emotional,behavioral,under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective,I design 10 activities,from five aspects of cognitive,emotional,motivation,response,interpersonal to assess the advantages and resources of the bus drivers,to help them adjust the cognition,reshape their positive emotions,enhance their motivation to solve problems.They can use the experiences they learn in the group to deal with problems,and tap the resources and advantages in interpersonal communication.Eventually help themselves relieve psychological stress.Finally,through program evaluation,process evaluation,effect evaluation and groupfollow-up visit,I have done an appraisal of this group service.In the process of summing up,we reflect on the working methods,the application of theory and the professional accomplishment of social workers. |
