Students learning psychological stress intervention is an important part of students learning stress management, self-regulation learning pressure, are the key factors influencing the pupils whether can successfully complete their studies. In primary school group, pressure is a common phenomenon, almost every student can feel there is pressure to learn. With the rising of grade, the increased amount of tests, the pressure is growing, and with the problems of stress, has become the most main psychological problems of students’learning.Learning pressure, refers to people on the spiritual burden in learning activities. Now, because the student stress caused by the diseases of the body of the students is not a few: loss of appetite, sleep quality is bad, often insomnia, lack of physical exercise, often feel uncomfortable... In addition, pupils myopia rate increased year by year has become a serious problem. Elementary school students as a limited capacity, physical and mental immature, ability is not strong under pressure. In today’s society enters a higher school and choosing a grim situation, alleviate the pressure of the students learning psychology, and to give timely and effective intervention measures, is of great significance for the healthy development of primary school students. This subject adopts social work group, one of the three major methods working methods to the elementary student’s learning psychological intervention pressure, at the same time in the process of intervention into stress management elements, to alleviate the pressure of the students learning psychology has played a good role.
