Education outlines a blueprint for the future.What a country hopes for future development will be its curriculum reform and settings.The rapid development of science and technology has promoted the continuous development of the global economy.As a result,human production and lifestyle have undergone profound changes.The role of science and technology as the primary productive force,especially advanced productive forces,is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,the targeted training of academic talents for science and technology has become the focus of attention of all countries,and the realization of this process depends on the role of science courses in science education.Although Australia's science curriculum does not have a long history of development,it is deeply influenced by western science curriculum concepts,and it has formed a set of its own science curriculum system in the light of the actual situation of the country in the reference.Taking NSW as an example,the high school science curriculum has broken the old practice of academic talent cultivating and training in colleges and universities,creatively extended the period of academic talent cultivating and training to the high school stage,and developed a science curriculum system belonging to the state.The realistic basis of the science curriculum in New South Wales high school is not only due to the scarcity of domestic research and academic talents,but also the outlook for the future rise of science in Australia.The perspective of "academic talent Cultivating and Training" is established based on the mainstream view of "scientific literacy" advocated in the world today.Its original intention is not to deny the value and meaning of scientific literacy,but to hope that the science curriculum in basic education in China can While taking equity into consideration to cultivate students' scientific literacy,they can be consistent with the curriculum concepts of Europe,America,and the West,and pay more attention to students with academic abilities and scientific talents.China's transformation from a big country in science and technologyto a strong country in science and technology.This research is based on the above considerations,uses the high school science curriculum outline promulgated by the State of New South Wales,Australia in 2017 to deeply interpret the setting of such courses for the development of its national scientific career and the reserve of scientific talents.To play an active role in providing a reference for our country.The article first clarifies the historical reasons for the science curriculum in high school in New South Wales,Australia,including the trend of thought affecting Western science education and the theoretical perspective of educators.Based on this,we will give a brief overview of the internal and external problems facing Australia's current scientific career,which will lead to the necessity and urgency of the NSW high school science curriculum for the development of the country.In terms of curriculum setting,after introducing the "module curriculum","in-depth research",and "scientific research skills" part of the curriculum structure characteristics,and then selecting a typical case curriculum-science development curriculum to analyze the curriculum in detail Elements of each link.The purpose is to specifically understand how the characteristic part of the curriculum structure runs through the case curriculum in a small way,and play a role in cultivating academic talents.In terms of experience,the open curriculum concept presented by the science curriculum of the New South Wales High School in Australia embraces the development needs of students from different backgrounds,clear curriculum goals,emphasis on individualized training of students,and rich curriculum resources to meet students' different research needs.The purpose and diversified curriculum evaluation focus on notable features such as academic assessment.At the same time,this article also elaborates on NSW's early development of students' scientific research interest,strengthening of local autonomy,active development of regional and school-based courses,construction of multi-party collaboration platforms,introduction of "expert" teachers to improve the construction of teachers,and implementation of curriculum evaluation.Enlightenment for our country.
