College and university community is an important platform for college students to carry out self-education and self-development,which contains rich organizational education resources.On the one hand,thinking about the organizational citizenship behavior of college students is beneficial to the construction of college communities,on the other hand,it can enrich the research theory of organizational citizenship behavior.At present,although the research on organizational citizenship behavior at home and abroad is fruitful,the research on organizational citizenship behavior of college students,especially in the community,is not enough.Therefore,based on a case study,this study focuses on the basic situation,characteristics and influencing factors of College Students' organizational citizenship behavior,and provides feasible suggestions for the cultivation of College Students' organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the research consensus of OCB,this study uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation.Based on descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and independent sample t-test,this paper analyzes the basic status of organizational citizenship behavior of college students.It focuses on interview,observation and other methods to analyze the influencing factors of organizational citizenship behavior of college students.The findings of this study are as follows: firstly,gender has no effect on OCB of general members.In the group of community cadres,the organizational citizenship behavior of female community cadres is stronger than that of male community cadres in the two dimensions of altruistic behavior and protection of organizational resources,reflecting the gender difference;secondly,the type of community has a significant impact on the organizational identity and professionalism of ordinary members,especially the lowest score of academic community;thirdly,the role difference of community members The behavior of organizational citizenship.It is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: good organizational identity and poor interpersonal harmony of community cadres,while the opposite is true of ordinary members;fourthly,there are significant differences in the three aspects of organizational identity,altruistic behavior and professional dedication of community members,the former's organizational citizenship behavior is generally stronger than the latter;at last,It affects the organizational citizenship behavior of college students The main factors are the types of associations,activities,management,internal organization construction,protection of members' rights and interests,peer influence and so on.This study believes that the community has unique significance and limitations for the cultivation of organizational citizenship behavior of college students.On the basis of this general understanding,the organizational citizenship behavior level of college students should be improved from the aspects of strengthening the management and system construction of the community,optimizing the activities of the community,creating a good atmosphere of the community,enhancing the influence of the peers,and paying attention to the cultivation of the backbone of the students.At the same time,this study also puts forward suggestions on how to tap resources to cultivate organizational citizenship behavior of college students in the whole campus environment.
