| Since the expansion of university enrollment,the number of postgraduate enrollment has increased year by year,which has formed a huge group.At the same time,with the rapid development of China's market economy,the social competition is increasingly fierce,and the pressure of graduate employment is obviously increasing.In order to obtain work experience and relieve the pressure of employment,part-time job for master students has become a common phenomenon in Colleges and universities.As a special group,they are already adults in age and mature in ideology.They will have a general understanding of their physiological conditions,psychological characteristics and their relationship with others.They need to choose to work part-time for their economic independence,experience different jobs and prepare for future employment.In order to deeply understand the actual situation of the part-time job of the master students,the author chooses the master students of Y University as the research object,on the basis of sorting out the literature about the part-time job of the master students,through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview to explore the status and characteristics of the part-time job of the master students of Y University,and analyzes the reasons for its characteristics,and then makes effective adjustment.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the theoretical basis of the study.This part mainly introduces the theory of self-consciousness and Maslow's demand theory,which provides theoretical support for this study.The second part is the current situation and characteristics of the part-time job of Y University.By means of questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of part-time job of Y University Master students from four aspects: thedistribution of grade,major,time,income,occupation of part-time job and motivation type of part-time job.From this,we can see that the part-time job of Y University's master students shows the characteristics of "high proportion and low achievement".Among them,"high proportion" means that the number of graduate students engaged in part-time work accounts for a high proportion of the total number of students."Low achievement" means that master students have a low sense of achievement experience during their part-time job.The third part is the reason of "high proportion and low achievement" part-time phenomenon of Y University Master students.On the one hand,the phenomenon of "high proportion" part-time jobs of Y University's master students stems from external reasons: high employment pressure;imperfect school practice system;peer effect.On the other hand,there are internal reasons:the enhancement of independent consciousness;the enhancement of self observation;the low professional identity.On the one hand,the phenomenon of "low achievement" part-time job of Y University's master students stems from the external reasons: the excessive pursuit of high education by enterprises results in high consumption of talents;the inappropriate incentive mechanism in enterprises;the low level of school running and the lack of competitive advantage when applying.On the other hand,there are internal reasons: the legal rights of students are difficult to be protected;personal cognitive disorders;low self-evaluation.The fourth part is suggestions and countermeasures.Aiming at the phenomenon of "high proportion and low achievement" of part-time master's degree in Y University,this paper makes adjustment from three aspects:Students' self-consciousness,school level and social level.Students' self-consciousness includes establishing correct self-consciousness and reasonable planning of career.At the school level,it includes improving the social recognition of the school,increasing the opportunities of practice and probation.The social level includes avoiding excessive pursuit of higher education,establishing appropriate incentive mechanism,and setting up a special part-time consulting room. |
