In the new era,the state and universities have introduced a series of measures to ensure the development of part-time postgraduate education,the quality of part-time postgraduate education mainly depends on the cultivation of part-time postgraduate students.In the part-time graduate students are mainly the part-time professional degree graduate students as the main body,so it is very necessary to pay attention to one of the training of part-time professional degree graduate students--the training of scientific research.To some extent,the research experience of part-time master degree students can reflect the general situation of their cultivation.The research on the overall situation of the part-time master's degree students in the scientific research experience,as well as the advantages and disadvantages in each link of the scientific research training can point out the direction for the research training of the part-time master's degree students.This research mainly with X normal university 435 part-time professional degree graduate student as the research object,combined with Britain,Australia and other countries to develop "graduate student scientific research experience questionnaire" and wrote the part-time professional degree graduate student scientific research experience of postgraduate interview outline on the questionnaire and interview survey.The findings:1.On the whole,the overall satisfaction of the research experience of the part-time master degree students is at an above average level,of which 83.61% are satisfied with the research experience,and 18.39% are not satisfied with the research experience.From the perspective of satisfaction experience in each dimension,the part-time master's degree students have a low level of experience in resources,facilities,research atmosphere and research opportunities,and a high level of experience in other dimensions.2.From the perspective of difference analysis,only communication frequency and overall satisfaction have significant differences,while gender,family location,grade,relationship with the original major,admission method and overall satisfaction have no significant differences.3.From the correlation analysis,there is a significant positive correlation betweeneach dimension of scientific research experience and between each dimension and overall satisfaction.Among them,research atmosphere,academic responsibility,professional development,research skills and overall satisfaction are highly correlated,while mentor guidance,resources and facilities,paper process and thesis defense,research opportunities and overall satisfaction are less correlated.It can be concluded from the interview that the dimension with a low degree of correlation can be summarized into two aspects: mentor guidance and resources and facilities.Among them,the most prominent problem in the tutor's guidance is the topic selection direction of the paper,and the most prominent problem in the resource facilities is the acquisition of library resources.4.From the perspective of regression analysis,the coefficients of resources and facilities,academic responsibilities,professional development and research skills are relatively high and have passed the significance test,while the other dimensions have not passed the significance test.Among them,research skills have the greatest impact on overall satisfaction,indicating that part-time professional master's students have mastered some research skills,but they are unable to further develop due to the learning nature of this group.According to the interview,the most prominent personal problem is the lack of scientific research experience due to the nature of work.In addition,the dummy variables middle grade,the relationship with the original major and the communication frequency also have an impact on the scientific research experience,but the communication frequency has the greatest impact,proving that the number of communication frequency has a direct impact on the research experience of part-time professional master degree graduates.From the overall analysis,on the one hand,the outstanding problems of the part-time master's degree students are still the problems of tutor guidance and resources and facilities.The problems of other aspects can be explained by tutor guidance and resources and facilities.On the other hand,part-time master's degree students also face some personal problems,which are the results of this study.According to the overall analysis,the dimensions that influence the degree of satisfaction with the research experience of part-time professional masters can be roughly divided into two categories: internal dimension and external dimension.Among them,the internal dimension mainly includes research process and thesis defense,academic responsibility,professional development and research skills,while theexternal dimension includes mentor guidance,resources and facilities,research atmosphere and research opportunities.In addition,these two dimensions can be divided into three factors: the mentor factor,the resource environment factor and the personal factor.According to the results of the research,this study mainly puts forward specific Suggestions on improving the research experience of part-time professional master's degree graduates from the national level,the tutor level,the school level and the individual level.
