| Since the 1990 s,China has started to recruit graduate students of management majors.Compared with other part-time majors,management majors start earlier and recruit more students.The development of part-time management graduate students is the choice of "high-level,compound and application-oriented" talents needed by the country and society.It is of great significance to study the training mode of part-time management graduate students for improving the quality of part-time management training and standardizing part-time management graduate students.Based on this,this study takes part-time management graduate students of N University as an example to discuss the current cultivation situation of this major.Combined with the current cultivation situation of part-time management graduate students in the United States,this study analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation process of N University,and puts forward targeted and valuable suggestions and countermeasures.Taking the cultivation mode of part-time management graduate students as the core,the paper adopts literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method to conduct the research.First of all,through the literature review of the policy,essential attributes and training mode of part-time graduate students,the development process of part-time graduate students is sorted out,the essential attributes of part-time graduate students are summarized,the training process is described from multiple perspectives,and the SWOT analysis model is proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the research.Secondly,management majors in N University are selected as the survey object,and questionnaire survey and interview are used to summarize the five aspects of N University’s student source structure,training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods and tutor guidance,and provide basic information.Furthermore,the SWOT analysis mode is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of part-time management graduate students in N University in the training process,to clarify the training orientation of part-time management graduate students,and to analyze the existing problems.Thirdly,taking the cultivation of part-time management graduate students in the United States as an example,this paper studies the development process in the United States and discusses the situation and characteristics and advantages in the cultivation process,which has certain enlightenment and can be used for reference in the cultivation of part-time management graduate students in China.Finally,based on the analysis of SWOT and the experience of the United States,this paper proposes a countermeasure analysis for part-time management graduate students from the internal and external levels.The specific content is that the curriculum should reflect comprehensiveness and specialization,increase local characteristics and school culture,and improve curriculum resources;In terms of teaching methods,we should mobilize the subjective initiative of part-time graduate students,strengthen online teaching,select a wider range of teaching methods,optimize case teaching and improve teaching efficiency;In terms of tutor guidance,we should improve the employment conditions,establish a dual tutor system,training and assessment mechanism,enhance interaction,promote good interaction and cooperation between tutors and teachers and students,strengthen the combination of schools and enterprises,and realize complementary advantages;Increase the capital investment in the teaching and training of management part-time postgraduates,and reasonably allocate the funds for the teaching and training of postgraduates;Introduce relevant policies to help management part-time graduate education.In short,we should combine the characteristics of management part-time postgraduates in the training mode,be flexible,and realize the deep integration of full-time and part-time. |
