Happy life can not be separated from happiness education,and the cornerstone of happiness education is happy school.Improving teachers ' happiness is the key to building happy schools and developing happiness education.In this study,5 private primary school teachers in Yi Chun,Jiangxi Province were investigated.The comprehensive use of literature method,questionnaire survey method,comprehensive analysis method,interview method and so on to investigate.Taking SPSS,an educational statistics software,as a research tool,the professional happiness of private primary school teachers is divided into 4 dimensions of teachers ' career motivation,school management,self-realization and social support.The results showed that the level of professional well-being of teachers in private primary schools was low.There were significant differences in teachers ' professional happiness in age,teaching subject and position,but there was no significant difference in gender,education and job title.According to the results of data analysis,the factors affecting the professional well-being of private primary school teachers are analyzed.It is found that the happiness of private primary school teachers is relatively low,there are three reasons: first,the social status is not high,low wages and treatment is the social dimension of low happiness,the second,the lack of school management system,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect is the cause of low happiness at the school level;third,limited career development,low professional identity,is the cause of the low level of happiness at the individual level.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the happiness of teachers ' schools in private primary schools:(i)Social level: changing awareness,improving private teachers' social status,perfecting security,and enhancing private teachers' sense of security.(ii)School level: improve the management mechanism,create a good working atmosphere,strengthen humanistic care,improve the sense of belonging of teachers.(iii)Personal level: reasonable planning,maintain a healthy mentality,improve ability,reasonable attribution.
