The communication between kindergarten teachers and parents is a two-way interactive process in which both sides,based on the status quo and problems of children's development,communicate and analyze relevant information and emotions through language,eyes and behaviors to promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind.Home communication is an important link between kindergarten education and family education.High-quality communication can improve the level of home cooperation and promote home co-education.How to adjust the factors affecting the quality of home communication and improve the quality of home communication is the main purpose of this study.In this study,the researcher's second class in the kindergarten was selected as the research site to carry out the action research to promote the communication between teachers and parents.Firstly,questionnaire survey and informal interview were used to collect the current situation and existing problems of communication between teachers and parents.Secondly,according to the relevant data collected,an action research plan is developed and implemented.In the process of action research,informal interview method and case analysis method are used to observe and reflect on the communication practice between teachers and parents.Finally,the whole action research is reviewed and summarized.The whole process of action research consists of three stages.The first stage is the preparation stage of action research.It mainly collects relevant information about the communication status between kindergarten teachers and parents through questionnaire survey,investigates the causes of the problems,and determines the research problems.The second stage is to carry out the first round of action research on the basis of the preparatory stage of action research: build a communication bridge,mainly to help children's parents clearly define their role in the communication by conducting parent-teacher meetings with the theme of home communication;The communication skills of teachers were improved through the home communication case study,and then the communication behavior between teachersand parents was increased.The third stage is the action research results in the first round of the summary and reflection on problems in the second round of action research: on the basis of adjusting and optimizing the class communication system,expanding the teachers and parents to communicate-message board,individual interview,further optimize home communication,thus change the children's parents and teachers to communicate the state of "chaos",in order to increase the effectiveness of early childhood teachers to communicate with their parents.At each stage of action research,the researcher and the research participant conduct intentional observation,continuous reflection,adjustment and summary of their own action research,and carry out creative actions.Based on the above research,the researchers draw the following conclusions: to improve the practical work of class home communication and improve the effect of home communication,teachers need to guide children's parents to clearly define the role of communication;Communication skills are required;A suitable home communication system is required.
