| Parents play a very important role in preschool education for young children.It is difficult for kindergarten education to achieve the desired goals without the cooperation of parents.Communication is the key to cooperation,so only positive kindergarten-family Communication can make kindergarten education fall into practice.With the development of society,parents have put forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of preschool education.These requirements must be achieved through good kindergarten-family Communication.However,because teachers lack pre-employment training on kindergarten-family Communication,and the lack of empathy on both sides,kindergarten-family Communication has become a hot problem.This study conducted quantitative analysis and qualitative description about the state of communication on parents to kindergarten teachers.Five kindergartens in Kunming were selected.Questionnaire survey,interview method and physical analysis method were used to analyze and analyze the questionnaire data.Interview records,code analysis of parent feedback form texts,understanding the current situation of kindergarten-family Communication under the perspective of parents,analysis and comparison of current parents and teachers' understanding of communication,communication attitude,communication time,communication preparation,communication methods,communication content,communication The effect is to sort out the parents' suggestions and expectations for kindergarten-family Communication.The result shows:First,most parents have a correct understanding of kindergarten-family Communication.Parents and teachers have a relatively consistent understanding of the relationship,responsibility,and communication purposes of the two parties.Second,parents can take the initiative to reflect the situation of children at home,and respond positively to the situation reflected by teachers.Support and help teachers in kindergarten-family Communication.Third,communication shows the characteristics of "short,frequent,fast" time."Short" means short communication time."Frequency" and "fast" mean that parents are more inclined to choose communication methods that can communicate frequently and quickly and conveniently.Fourth,the way,content and effect of communication are related to the age of young children.Fifth,parents can choose the best way to communicate with their teachers and communicate appropriate content with teachers.Sixth,parents believe that combo cultivation of kindergarten and family for children is an effective means of communication.Seventh,the communication effect between parents and teachers is related to the daily attention of young children.Based on the discussion of the survey results,the study put forward suggestions for parents and teachers to cooperate and improve the communication effect of their homes improve the communication effect of homes.First,parents should strengthen their role awareness in kindergarten-family Communication;second,parents should show their attitudes in the details;third,parents should use different communication methods flexibly;fourth,teachers should innovative communication methods provide diversified communication channels for parents;fifth,teacher should understand the needs of parents of children on different ages;sixth,parents and teachers should carefully observe the daily life of young children. |
