| With the continuous advancement of the reform of basic education in China,the quality of the cultivation of teaching abilities of normal university students is receiving more and more attention.However,in the current training process in universities,there are widespread problems such as weak adaptability and pertinence in the training of normal school students,and uneven quality of education and teaching.After the country has promoted the certification of normal education majors,the quality of talent cultivation for normal students has ushered in a new era of development.Currently,there are only two schools in Sichuan Province that have passed the secondary certification of physical education majors.Obviously,it is urgent for Sichuan Province’s universities to participate in professional certification,and more schools need to pass the teacher training professional certification to meet and meet the needs of basic education.In order to ensure the quality of students’ training,from the perspective of teacher training professional certification,research is conducted around the quality of teaching ability training for students majoring in physical education.The research adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,case analysis,and mathematical statistics,and takes the research on cultivating the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education in non certified schools in Sichuan Province under the background of teacher training certification as the research object.Through stratified sampling,eight non certified universities in Sichuan are selected as the research object,and two certified universities are selected as the case analysis object.The research focuses on three issues: first,the reasons why physical education majors carry out teacher training professional certification;Secondly,the purpose of the research on the cultivation of teaching ability of students from non certified physical education schools in Sichuan Province;Thirdly,the cultivation path of teaching ability of students in non certified physical education schools in Sichuan Province under the certification of normal education major.Firstly,using the method of literature review,the concepts and connotations related to professional certification standards and physical education teaching abilities were sorted out and theoretical basis was obtained.Secondly,through a comparative analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of teaching ability of college students in Sichuan Province through a questionnaire survey,the common problems in the teaching ability of non certified schools were obtained,and the starting point for the research on the cultivation of teaching ability was obtained.Then,a case study of two schools that have passed certification is conducted to benchmark the training indicators in the certification standards and better conduct theoretical assumptions about the path of teaching ability cultivation.At the same time,based on research purposes,questionnaire dimensions are designed,questionnaires are distributed and retrieved,and statistical analysis is conducted on the survey results to verify the theoretical assumptions of the path of teaching ability cultivation,and a model for teaching ability cultivation is established.Finally,combining with the model,the author combs out the teaching ability cultivation system and specific paths of non certified schools in Sichuan Province under the background of teacher training certification.The following conclusions are summarized:At present,the common problems in the cultivation of teaching ability in Sichuan Province’s uncertified schools mainly focus on the teaching material analysis ability and teaching evaluation design ability in teaching design ability,the teaching media application ability,teaching organization and sports load regulation ability in teaching facilities ability,teaching evaluation ability,and problem-solving and innovation ability in teaching research ability.The main factors affecting teaching ability include vague teaching ability training objectives,weak support of curriculum settings for teaching ability,single practical activities,and imperfect software and hardware resources.According to the model,the factors that affect the sub abilities of teaching ability have different emphasis,and their cultivation paths are different.Teaching design ability is improved from theoretical courses in physical education,teacher training skills courses,information literacy courses,teaching management systems,and practical activities.Teaching implementation ability is improved from theoretical courses,technical courses,teacher training skills courses,teaching management systems,and teaching resources in physical education.Teaching evaluation ability is improved from theoretical courses,information literacy courses,and teaching resources in physical education.Teaching research ability is improved from theoretical courses,technical courses,information literacy courses,and teaching resources in physical education.Strengthen the systematization of teaching ability cultivation.Firstly,refine the graduation requirements for teaching ability based on the teaching ability training objectives.Secondly,optimize the curriculum according to the graduation requirements of teaching ability.At the same time,we should attach importance to the role of teachers in teaching implementation and improve the quality of teachers’ teaching.Then,enrich teaching practice activities and increase students’ practical opportunities.Next,improve teaching resources and ensure teaching.Finally,improve the management system and enhance the implementation of teaching ability training. |
