| Professional accreditation is an important part of the quality monitoring and assessment guarantee of higher education in China.Since the Ministry of Education launched the teacher training professional certification in 2017,the development of teacher education in China has entered the era of professional certification."The implementation of teacher education professional accreditation has undoubtedly influenced the improvement of the quality of education and the improvement of teacher’s education system.At present,local teacher training colleges in China are responsible for training high-quality elementary school teachers.In the context of teacher education professional certification,it has become an important and urgent task to continuously promote the reform of the original teacher training mode.As one of the targets of teacher training professional certification,primary education majors in local teacher training colleges should take teacher training professional certification as a grip to build a high-quality talent training model.This study uses the stakeholder-related theory,competence-based theory,and endogenous development theory as the theoretical basis,and selects students and teachers of primary education majors in a local teacher training college in Guilin as the research subjects.adopts literature research method,questionnaire method,and interview method,collects the required information,and analyzes and organizes it in detail to draw relevant conclusions,so as to grasp the current situation of primary education majors in schools,summarize successful experiences and discover problems.The study is expected to provide new ideas and methods for Primary Education in local teacher training colleges to build up their own talent training mode in line with local characteristics.Firstly,the development history and model changes of elementary school teacher training are briefly described,and the accreditation of teacher training majors is outlined.The components of the talent training model of elementary school education majors,the characteristics of talent training and the requirements of teacher training majors for improving the talent training model are explained.Secondly,we investigated and analyzed the talent training mode of primary education in Guilin A College,and explored the successful experience and problems of the talent training mode of primary education in Guilin A College.The study found that Guilin A College has built a new talent cultivation model and a teaching guarantee system for teacher education majors by emphasizing the art of cultivating schools,innovating the training model for "all-application" rural elementary school teachers,and implementing the "eight certificates" system for basic teaching skills of teacher education students.However,in the process of talent training,there are problems such as insufficient curriculum,single teaching method,insufficient motivation for continuous development,and evaluation system to be improved.Finally,the optimization strategies of talent training mode for primary education majors are proposed:firstly,insist on the concept of professional certification and improve the curriculum system;secondly,innovate teaching methods and strengthen practical teaching;thirdly,strengthen the cooperation of all parties and build a collaborative training mechanism;fourthly,improve the evaluation system and optimize the evaluation system. |
