Research On Teacher-student Relationship Of Graduate Students Majoring In Physical Education From The Perspective Of Inter Generational Conflict

The theory of inter generational relations points out that the era with the greatest inter generational differences and the easiest to form inter generational conflicts is the era of social upheaval.After the reform and opening up,the prosperity and development of Chinese society has caused the bond between generations to be torn apart.The conflicts between the two generations in terms of values,attitudes and behaviors are called inter generational conflicts.Inter generational conflicts are a common phenomenon in Chinese society,which are mostly concentrated in families,and conflicts between parents and children.But it does not only exist in the interaction between parents and children.Any conflict between two generations due to differences in values,attitudes,and behavior can be called inter generational conflict.In the process of college education,there are also implicit phenomenon of inter-generational conflict in the teacher-student relationship formed by teachers and students.Physical education graduate students and teachers generally have a large age gap,which provides basic age conditions for the formation of inter generational conflicts between teachers and students.The emergence of inter generational conflicts between teachers and students of masters of physical education can easily cause obstacles to the training of masters of physical education and hinder the smooth development of talents.This thesis mainly uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the teachers and students of physical education graduate students from the three dimensions of values,attitudes and behaviors.The following results are obtained:The relationship between teacher-students and master-students in physical education presents a harmonious and conflict situation.The relationship between masters and masters in physical education is mainly harmony,but there are conflicting factors that cannot be ignored at the hidden level.The main points of conflict between the teachers and students of graduate students majoring in physical education in terms of values: Theconflict between the two generations' treatment of graduate study in the values of life;The choice of the two generations' management model and the conflict of ideas about the published thesis are manifested at the level of self-values.The major conflicts in the attitude dimension of graduate students and masters of physical education:Conflicts in the treatment of brand-name products and shopping methods manifested in the level of consumer attitudes;Conflicts between students' out-of-school lessons and learning time and exercise time balance in the aspect of learning attitude.Major conflicts shown by teachers and students of graduate students majoring in physical education in Dimension of behavior: Conflicts in time management at the work /learning level;Conflicts in the level of understanding between teachers and students at the level of communicative behavior and conflicts in scientific research exchanges.The purpose of this study is to optimize the current teacher-student relationship in masters of physical education and improve the cultivate quality of masters in physical education.Which starting from the theory of inter generational relations and combining the results of actual investigations,the following strategies are proposed:First,based on society,narrowing the value differences between teachers and students of masters in physical education;Second,seek common ground while shelving differences,and reduce differences in ecological degrees among graduate students in physical education;Third,strengthen communication and promote the integration of teachers and students in physical education.
