Under the background of the continuous expansion of the scale of universities and the continuous expansion of enrollment of graduate students,the increase in the number of professional tutors in colleges and universities is much smaller than the increase in the number of graduate students in the school.This is bound to bring about the relationship between tutors and graduate students and the value-added of students’ learning achievements.Conforming to the characteristics of the times and facing the demands of reality,this research focuses on the current higher education field and public opinion on graduate education,focusing on the important factor influencing the teacher-student relationship in the process of academic master’s training,and examines the influence of the teacher-student relationship on the academic.The impact of master’s study results.This research is conducted in an empirical way,using the 2018、2019、2020 academic masters,2017 graduates and tutors of S University as the research objects to conduct questionnaire surveys and data analysis.This research mainly includes the following three aspects: First,the questionnaire survey collects primary data,analyzes the data,and then reflects the current situation of the teacher-student relationship;second,explores the impact of the teacher-student relationship on the academic master’s learning results and tries to analyze the two The third is to put forward constructive opinions on optimizing teacher-student relationship and improving academic master’s learning results,which will help improve academic master’s learning results,improve academic master’s learning results,and provide a realistic basis for the improvement of education quality.This research found that: First,the mentor’s ideological education has a positive impact on the improvement of students’ learning outcomes;second,the frequency of teacher-student interaction has a positive impact on the improvement of students’ learning outcomes;third,the academic guidance of the mentors promotes the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills;The fourth is the academic cooperation between teachers and students and the guidance of the life of the mentor to promote the improvement of students’ teamwork ability;the fifth is the academicguidance of the mentor and the guidance of the mentor’s life to promote the improvement of the students’ written communication ability.Exploring the reasons through data analysis: First,the mentor’s idea of fostering people helps improve learning results;second,a good academic atmosphere between teachers and students promotes the improvement of teamwork ability;third,the learning achievement evaluation system is an effective guarantee for promoting student learning;Fourth,the emotional engagement of both teachers and students affects the frequency of teacher-student interaction.According to the results of the analysis,the following opinions are put forward.First,build a new era of teacher-student relations based on the establishment of morality;second,improve the quality of postgraduate training based on learning results;third,establish a diversified teaching model with student abilities as the core;Fourth,with the goal of collaborative innovation,building an academic community of teachers and students.
