Research purposes:Children's stage is the golden period of sensitive quality development.Reasonable exercise methods and appropriate exercise load will make sensitive quality develop effectively in sensitive stage.Starting with the ability to improve the agility of young soccer players, this paper introduces SAQ training method to train 9-11 year old male young soccer players. The effectiveness of SAQ training method is verified through experiments, and its influence on the agility of9-11 year old male young soccer players is analyzed. The research results will provide a reference for the development of children's soccer agility and provide new ideas for scientific and systematic training.Research contents:Firstly, the theoretical knowledge of SAQ training method and sensitive quality is studied.Secondly, through the expert interview to select the test indicators and test the sensitive quality of the experimental subjects. Then, the influence of SAQ training method on sensitive quality was verified through eight weeks of experimental intervention. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of this training method and traditional sensitivity training are discussed.Research methods:To test the sensitivity level of young football players.36 male juvenile football players in the summer elite training camp of Xiangcheng football club in Western Hunan Province were selected as the experimental subjects for eight weeks of intervention training. The training effect of SAQ training method on sensitive quality was verified by eight week experimental intervention. The experimental intervention is the formal football training before class, the experimental group adopts SAQ training method, the control group adopts the traditional sensitive quality training method, after the experiment, the experimental results are compared between groups and within groups, and the differences of various sensitive quality test indexes of the trainees before and after the training are compared. Before and after the experiment, the feedback of measurement method was used to compare the changes of psychological skills of players after training.Research results:1.there was significant difference in Nbraska scores between the two groups(p<0.05).2.the results of Nelson's selective response,an indicator of sensitivity test after the experiment, showed very significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01).3.there was a significant difference in AFL scores between the two groups(p<0.05).4.there was no significant difference between the results of Illinois run and cross direction change run, which were the test indexes of fast direction change ability after the two groups of experiments(p>0.05).5.after the experiment, the members of the experimental group found that there was a significant difference in the dimension of concentration in the measurement of psychological skills(p<0.05).Research conclusion:1.SAQ training can significantly improve children's male soccer players' ability to respond sensitively, quickly change their movements and dodge and change direction when dribbling fast.2.SAQ training does not significantly improve the ability of young male soccer players to quickly change direction.3.SAQ training method improves the degree of concentration. As the combination of SAQ training methods is changeable, the interest and enthusiasm of the students in the experimental group for sensitive quality training are improved to a certain extent, and the students are more seriously involved in the training. From the analysis and comparison results between groups, the growth rate of test results in the experimental group is basically higher than that in the control group. This shows that the overall effect of SAQ training is better than that of traditional sensitive training.
