Football requires high-intensity fight and confrontation,and players need to get the chance to shoot in a short time,which makes football players need to have a higher level of physical fitness.Depending on their own flexibility,athletes are able to perform various skills and tactics with a high level of coordination and agility.It can be seen that the athletes' agility quality training plays an important role in the results of football matches.In view of the sensitive quality training has a certain sensitive period,in order to better training,the academic circles have suggested that the sensitive quality training in the middle school stage.Therefore,it is important and necessary to study the sensitive quality of middle school football players.In this study,literature analysis method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used to design the experiment.Junior high school male football players were selected as experimental objects,and the influence of SAQ training method on junior high school male football players' agility quality was taken as the research object,focusing on the differential influence of different training methods on athletes.To further enrich the theory of youth physical training,promote the innovation of youth physical training means,rational use of higher efficiency,better quality physical training plan,and to a certain extent enrich and improve the junior high school football players physical training practice methods and means.This study mainly explores the influence of SAQ training method on junior high male school students' agility and football moving step.The 10-week training was carried out under strict control of relevant variables,and the data were processed,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,the experimental group and control group of junior high school football players in the experimental group before and after the cross quadrant jump performance has significantly improved,but the control group performance improvement advantage is weaker than the experimental group;There was no significant difference between the two groups after the experiment.These results indicate that both schemes can significantly improve the coordination ability of sensitive quality.Second,the Illinois running test scores of the experimental group improved significantly before and after the experiment;In the control group,the results of Illinois running test were improved to some extent,but not significantly.After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups.Therefore,SAQ training program can significantly improve the ability of athletes to change direction.Third,the test scores of burpees in the experimental group and the control group were improved before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in the test scores before and after the experiment.After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups.It shows that SAQ training program is more obvious in improving the ability of football players to change movements.Fourthly,the experimental group achieved significant improvement in the triangle-moving and four-point moving gait tests before and after the experiment,and there was a significant difference in the results before and after the experiment;The results of triangle movement and four-point movement in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group,and there was no significant change in the results before and after the experiment.After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups.It shows that SAQ training program has obvious advantages in improving football players' moving pace ability.Combined with the research conclusions,it is suggested that the following suggestions should be followed in the daily training of junior high school football players,making full use of SAQ training methods to improve the training system and enhance agility.First of all,sensitive qualities include different categories,such as body coordination,ability to change direction,and ability to change movements.Training methods and matters needing attention of different categories of sensitive qualities should be distinguished in football training,and the basic requirements of football training should be referred to,so as to choose the content of football training flexibly and pertinently.Secondly,there are many ways of SAQ training,and the difficulty of action and training requirements are different.When adopting this training mode,football training should start from the physical function of football players and football conditions,aiming at different shortcomings and in accordance with the principle of gradual improvement,and gradually improve the sensitivity of football players.Thirdly,SAQ training should consider different situations such as the defensive barrier of the other side in football matches.It is necessary to integrate some situations of football matches into specific training to better improve the training effect.Finally,both SAQ training and traditional training have a certain impact on the agility quality of football players,the difference is that the former has a greater range of improvement,but for some basic elementary athletes who have not been exposed to football training,the two training programs can be integrated together to effectively play the effectiveness of different training programs.
