In order to implement the people-oriented teaching philosophy,we should make students the starting point of education.As the standard for graduation continues to increase,it is more and more difficult for students to be employed.Under the background of “strict entrance and strict exit” in universities,the study of academic emotions is very important and comes with practical significance.This study regards the graduate students majoring in physical education in Yunnan Province as a whole.And it selects all graduate students majoring in physical education in four universities in Yunnan province as the survey objects.It uses questionnaires as a preliminary approach to investigate their academic emotions level.Specifically,individual academic emotions will be affected by many factors.Factor analysis of the survey results through a software called SPSS 18.0,which helps the author summarize the main factors that affect the academic emotions of postgraduates majoring in physical education in Yunnan Province and offer suggestions.The results showed the following conclusions:1.The academic emotions level of postgraduates majoring in physical education in Yunnan Province is moderately high,and their scores on the positive high arousal and positive low arousal are higher than the overall average,indicating that their positive emotions(pleasure,interest,hope,relaxation,pride and so on)perform well.And the related emotions that promote academic performance are high.Compared with the existing research results of undergraduates majoring in physical education,students entering the postgraduate stage have not improved their academic emotions.2.There is a significant difference in different grades in terms of the academic emotions of postgraduates majoring in physical education in Yunnan Province.The students in the first year have the best academic emotions,and students in the second year perform the second best,while students in the third year perform the worst.3.There is a significant difference in different types of masters in terms of academic emotions.Students of academic masters perform better than that of professional masters.4.There is a significant difference in sports levels,too.The second-level athletes have the best academic emotions,followed by the third-level and non-sport-level students,and the first-level athletes perform the worst.5.There is a significant difference in comparison of the identities of students.Student cadres(fellow student leaders)are better than non-cadres in academic emotions.6.There are minor differences in factors such as gender,family residence,ethnic groups,fathers 'education level,mothers' education level,and whether they are only children.This shows that there is still room for improvement,which requires us to analyze and resolve in the future.7.Through the processing and analysis of the factors in the questionnaires,the author has extracted six main factors affecting the academic emotions of postgraduates majoring in physical education in Yunnan Province: school environment,material conditions,individual psychological conditions,family environment,peer relationship,and self-knowledge.Finally,according to the characteristics and main influencing factors of academic emotions of postgraduates majoring in physical education in Yunnan Province,we should give full play to universities' leading role in academic emotions;we should guide students with correct values;family needs to play an important role,too;students should attach importance to individual psychological conditions;we should call on all sectors of society to provide a healthy and friendly environment for students to learn.
