Graduate education is an important way for colleges and universities in China to transfer high-level talents to the society.Master of physical education is an important part of China’s research education.In recent years,with the release of the guiding opinions on accelerating the development of sports industry and the outline of the healthy China 2030 plan,the social demand for high-level sports talents has been increasing,and the quality of master of sports education has gradually drawn wide attention from the academic community.In recent years,however,due to the influence of the teacher-student relationship on the training quality,the problem of the tutor responsibility system has gradually aroused public concern.Therefore,it is of practical and theoretical significance to study the relationship between guidance and service quality perception,academic satisfaction and acquisition of master of physical education.Based on relevant theories such as vocational competency and educational assessment,this paper USES research methods such as literature,interviews,questionnaire surveys,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to study the relationship between academic satisfaction,sense of acquisition,service quality perception and educational guidance of postgraduates in physical education,and mainly draws the following conclusions:1.A questionnaire related to the factors influencing the academic satisfaction of full-time PE postgraduate students was developed,and the questionnaire was modified by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.On this basis,a multiple regression model of the factors influencing the academic satisfaction of full-time PE postgraduate students was constructed.2.Through the analysis of the difference in the degree of academic satisfaction of full-time PE postgraduate students,it can be concluded that gender has significant difference in the sense of acquisition.There is no significant difference in service quality perception and academic satisfaction,but there is a significant difference in the relationship between acquisition and guidance.Whether the tutor is a doctoral supervisor or not has a significant impact on the relationship between the two.Interdisciplinary has a significant effect on the sense of attainment.In addition,there were no significant differences in demographic variables such as grade,urban and rural areas,and tutor gender.3.According to the results of multiple regression analysis,there is no collinearity among the three independent variables of service quality,sense of acquisition and educational guidance relationship.The perception of service quality has a greater impact on academic satisfaction,while the sense of acquisition has a greater impact on academic satisfaction.In addition,the perception of service quality and the sense of acquisition have positive effects on academic satisfaction.The influence of mentoring relationship on academic satisfaction is negative,which shows that the higher the service quality and the sense of gain,the stronger the sense of academic satisfaction.4.Suggestions for improving the satisfaction degree of the education service quality of full-time master of physical education students :(1)the school should strengthen the construction of the cultivation environment.(2)teachers should improve their teaching ability(3)students should cooperate with teachers in teaching and research.
