Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Countermeasures Of MBA Graduate Students’ Academic Entrepreneurial Ability

In China,the research on academic entrepreneurship has been promoted to a higher level with the concept of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” and the advent of knowledge economy.As an important part of the national innovation economy driving strategy,all kinds of colleges and universities play a vital role in the upgrading of China’s technology industry.As the backbone of college students,MBA postgraduates have profound theoretical knowledge.They are not only the key research objects of higher education,but also the main force of academic entrepreneurship activities in China.This study combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the influencing factors of MBA graduate students’ academic entrepreneurship,in order to provide some reference for the field of academic entrepreneurship.At present,MBA graduate students have higher material foundation and psychological quality for entrepreneurship,but their professional knowledge still needs to be improved,and their intrinsic motivation for academic entrepreneurship is relatively utilitarian.This paper uses the synergy theory and the triple helix theory to establish a four helix model of internal and external linkage and collaboration among the government,society,universities and graduate students.By analyzing the different effects of each subject on academic entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the government level,social level,university level and graduate level.At the government level,the government should play the role of macro-control and policy guidance to provide the necessary financial support;at the social level,cooperative enterprises should strengthen the joint development and achievement transformation with colleges and universities,and use their own mature management methods to enhance the academic entrepreneurship ability of professional postgraduate groups;at the University level,the concept of entrepreneurship education should be changed,in addition to the scientific research of MBA graduate students At the graduate level,MBA postgraduates should establish the correct entrepreneurial motivation,learn the professional knowledge and skills needed for entrepreneurship,improve their practical ability,and lay a good foundation for academic entrepreneurship activities.
