With the development of China's social economy and the gradual implementation of the reform of the new college entrance examination,the state has made it clear that students should have the necessary character and key ability to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development,and the necessity of school-based teaching material development has gradually become apparent due to the gradual diversification of educational requirements.Through the look back on the history of school-based teaching materials at home and abroad,combined with the new college entrance examination reform and the background of the core literacy,this paper tries to explore the development and application strategy of school-based teaching materials in line with the current educational reality.This paper mainly expounds from the following aspects: First,through the reform of the new college entrance examination system and the analysis of the background of the implementation of the chemical core literacy,through the implementation of the core quality of chemistry of students in Chubei County High School and the current situation of school-based teaching materials development,clear the direction of the development and application of school-based teaching materials.Second,the development and application of school-based teaching materials at home and abroad,the development of school-based teaching materials to study the theory of school-based teaching materials to lay a theoretical basis and direction guidance.Third,the school-based teaching development and application of teaching implementation of the status of research.Fourth,the school-based teaching material development and application objectives,paths,measures and other research,introduce the "colorful chemistry" school-based teaching materials development and application strategy.V.Introduce the use of the school-based teaching materials of "Colorful Chemistry" and the methods of use,and expound the application methods and strategies of the school's teaching materials through specific cases.Sixth,the development of school-based teaching materials and applied evaluation research.7.Lessons learned and future prospects.Through the study of school-based theory at home and abroad,combined with the reality of high school education in Chubei County,this paper tries to develop the school-based teaching material of "The Colorful Chemistry".Through the analysis of the application of some parts of the two chapters of chemistry and sixth chapter of career education in chemistry teaching,this paper concludes that the development of school-based teaching materials contributes to the improvement of students' learning ability,to the development of students' career planning,to the promotion of students' personalized development,to promote the implementation of the core chemical literacy,and to the improvement of teachers' theoretical level and business ability.
