Subjective Well-being refers to individual's overall assessment of their life according to some of their own subjective standards.On the one hand,the Senior students,with huge pressure from study,have low Subjective Well-being level,which seriously influences their psychological health.Therefore,it is essential to help them to improve their Subjective Well-being.On the other hand,written expression of positive theme,with its confidentiality,superiority of expressing positive emotion and initiative,simple,convenient and cost-effective advantages,can be perfectly applied to the school psychological-health education.In the study,with the survey of the Subjective Well-being level of the students in Yuxi No.3 high school,it is clearly known that the students have a extremely low academic well-being level,which directly reduce their overall Subjective Well-being level.Therefore,the research will apply written expression of positive theme to improve their academic well-being with the final purpose of improving their overall Subjective Well-being.The results are as follows.(1)At present,the Subjective Well-being of senior students is at an below-average level,among all dimensions of which the academic well-being is at the bottom;(2)Compared with girls,Boys have higher friendship and academic well-being;Besides,urban students are the students with higher academic well-being;Also,freedom well-being of students who have sibling is higher than that of the only child;(3)Students with more living cost have higher friendship and family well-being;Besides,the overall subjective well-being of students with better interpersonal relationship is higher;Also,Students with better academic performance possess higher academic and freedom well-being;(4)Written expression of positive theme can obviously improve students' academic well-being which can further lead to the final improvement of students' overall Subjective Well-being.(5)The intervening scheme designed on the the basis of students' realistic problem in their study is practical and effective in improving senior students' overall Subjective Well-being.
