Education is a kind of activity to cultivate people,and it is also a process that a person influences people.From the time process,the special preschool education is the product of the industrial society as a kind of substantive education form.From the perspective of the development of the preschool teacher's profession itself,as a social phenomenon,it has an important value for the social and cognitive development of the human being.Teachers' occupational happiness involves not only the development of children's happiness and early childhood education,but also the process of social harmony.Kindergarten teachers are the disadvantaged groups in basic education.Kindergarten education is the short board of school education.Research shows that kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being is not very high,so kindergarten teachers' occupational happiness is especially concerned by all walks of life.For insight into the current status of kindergarten teachers' professional happiness real this problem,this study tries to on the basis of previous studies,the study was conducted in h city kindergarten teachers,and connecting with the interview method to explore the cause of the kindergarten teachers' professional happiness happy and unhappy,thus draws the status of kindergarten teachers in professional experience real data,to explore the rural preschool teachers' professional happiness happiness to provide corresponding basis.And analytical initial status of early childhood education career happiness,influence factors,and relationship with other factors such as systematic study,on the basis of the ascension of preschool teachers' professional happiness methods and measures are put forward.The main conclusions are: as a whole,the status of professional happiness of rural preschool teachers is at a moderate level and thhere is polarization.There is a significant correlation betweenoccupational happiness and vocational cognition,on-the-job performance,working environment and management of the kindergarten.There are significant differences in the occupational well-being of preschool teachers in different interpersonal relationships.Rural preschool teachers' occupational well-being of the main reasons are:the teacher-children relations harmonious,preschool teachers' job stability,kindergarten collective relationships and rural preschool teachers love the job itself,etc.;The improvement and decrease of occupational happiness of rural preschool teachers have certain change law;It is helpful to improve the professional happiness of rural preschool teachers by improving their professional quality,constantly strengthening their business learning,perfecting their teaching staff,and receiving regular post-service training.
