The High School of "county model" is one of the hot topics in the field of education that has aroused wide controversy.However,in the context of the new college entrance examination,there are very few researches on the re-examination of the "county model".Senior high school education is an important stage of connecting basic education with higher education,and the development of county high school is of Paramount importance to the life destiny of rural students.Therefore,starting from the case,this paper focuses on the education practice in the county,summarizes the development actuality of the "county model" under the background of the new college entrance examination,and further analyzes its causes and practical rationality and puts forward reform strategies,which plays a positive role in improving the development of county high schools.It is the starting point of this study to sort out the generation and development process of the "county model".This paper firstly traces the historical origin of the"county model" from the view of diligent study and the system of entering the official office in the imperial examination,and then divides the development process of the"county model" into the stage of generation,the stage of scale and the stage of popularization.Then it puts forward the challenges of the "county model" under the background of the new college entrance examination,which are the contradiction between the development of personality and the unified management,the mismatch between the requirements of mobile teaching system and the resources in the county high schools,the disadvantage of entering the universities caused by the change of evaluation method,and the pressure on the people in the county high schools caused by the reform risk.Through in-depth observation and investigation on the school environment,school management and course teaching of X high School,the results show that the development actuality of "county model" under the background of the new college entrance examination presents four characteristics:the college entrance examination is the highest,time management is detailed,closed-off management is strengthened and competition among all member is intensified.Combined with the actual situation of the sample school,the paper analyzes the causes of the development actuality of the "county model" under the background of the new college entrance examination.The external causes of schools include the imbalance of urban and rural education development,the high degree of involute education and the improper actions of the education management department.The internal causes of schools are mainly the path dependence of school development and the role dilemma of stakeholders.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,the current"county model" is confronted with the crisis of talent cultivation and the disadvantage of entering the colleges,so it must be actively reformed.First of all,policies should be adopted to control the uneven development of urban and rural education;secondly,comprehensive management of exam-oriented education should be carried out in an all-round way.Finally,the internal reform of schools should be promoted to form an educational field for students' comprehensive and personalized developments.
