The research on burnout originates begin from the field of job burnout.Burnout theory shows that individual pressure does not have long-term effective release vent,physiology and psychology.People will feel very tired,no sense of achievement and other a series of negative situation.With the deepening of the study,the phenomenon of burnout has been extended to more areas,which is including students' learning,and there is research on the mechanism and influencing factors of learning burnout.In our country,the research of learning burnout is mainly concentrated in middle school students and secondary vocational school students.However,secondary vocational education plays an important role in the education system of our country.Secondary vocational school students' learning burnout not only affects the mastery of personal knowledge and skills,but also shows the physical and mental health of the whole society.Therefore,it has great significance to the study of the secondary vocational school students' learning burnout.On the one hand,it is helpful to enrich the theoretical research of burnout.On the other hand,it can provide the reference to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the students in secondary vocational school,improve their academic level and improve the pertinence of the teaching reform of secondary vocational education.This paper explores the achievement goal orientation and the influence of coping style on Learning Burnout of vocational students in secondary vocational schools through empirical research.This paper analyzes the coping style formation,and it shows that there is mediating effect between goal orientation and learning burnout.It will help the students to form a good achievement goal and reasonable coping style so as to improve the learning burnout situation and provide certain theoretical support.This research adopts the method of integral sampling.It's extraction of A vocational school and senior high school students and this paper conduct a questionnaire survey.This paper uses Wu Yan and Dai Xiaoyang preparation of the"Youth Learning Burnout Scale" which is written by Xiao Jihua,Liu Huijun,Guo Dejun(2003)according to the theory of "the preparation of Pintrich.It is divided into theory and an empirical study.This paper uses SPSS 19.0 and Amos24.0 statistical software to analyze data.The final results show:(1)The secondary vocational students' learning is generally moderate burnout.The physical and mental exhaustion and academic alienation are at a moderate level.Their low achievement is at a high level.Vocational students of different genders have differed significantly low achievement on boys than girls,the low sense of achievement is worse.The different grade of secondary vocational students is different in academic alienation and learning burnout level,significantly higher than the second grade students in the first grade students,learning burnout.(2)On the level of achievement goal orientation,compared with the mastery skill,the secondary vocational students are more concerned about the results,and the level of achievement avoidance and achievement orientation is higher than that of mastery avoidance and mastery approach.There are significant differences in the performance approaching and mastery approach between different gender secondary vocational school students,the level of performance approach and mastery approach is significantly higher than girls.(3)In the coping styles of secondary vocational school students,is the most used to solve the problem,the second is to ask for help,again is the retreat,vocational school students' coping styles more reasonable,but self blame,fantasy and rationalization of the solution have also occurred.There are significant differences in the use of different gender secondary vocational school students in solving problems,avoidance,rationalization,and the boys are solve problems,retreat,and rationalization of these three ways more than girls.There are significant differences between different grades of secondary vocational school students in solving problems and help seeking,and the level of coping styles and coping styles of students in grade one is higher than that of grade two students.(4)The predictive factors of learning burnout include achievement approach,mastery approach,performance avoidance,mastery avoidance,problem solving,help seeking,self reproach,fantasy,withdrawal and rationalization.The predictive factors for physical and mental exhaustion include achievement approach,mastery approach,performance avoidance,mastery avoidance,self reproach,fantasy,withdrawal,rationalization.The predictive factors of academic alienation include achievement approach,mastery approach,performance avoidance,mastery avoidance,problem solving,help seeking,self reproach,fantasy,withdrawal and rationalization.The predictive factors for low achievement are achievement approach,mastery approach,performance avoidance,mastery avoidance,problem solving,and help seeking(5)Coping style plays a partial mediating role between the goal orientation and learning burnout.Under the mediating role of solving problems and rationalization,the negative influence of achievement avoidance on academic alienation is enhanced.Under the mediation of solving problems,the negative effects of achievement avoidance on low achievement.Under the mediation of problem solving,fantasy,rationalization and self accusation,the negative effects of achievement avoidance on physical and mental exhaustion.Under the mediating effect of the problem solving,mastery has a positive effect on academic alienation.Under the mediating role of problem solving,fantasy and rationalization,the negative influence of achievement approach on physical and mental exhaustion is enhanced.Under the mediating effect of problem solving,the positive effect of achievement approach on low achievement is reduced.
