On the national conference of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,Xi Jinping pointed out that teachers are the engineers of human souls and put forward the requirement of "four and benevolence;on the eve of thirty-second teachers' day,he also had the following requirements: Put forward "four guides" to emphasize the role and responsibility of teachers,that is,teachers should be guides for students to improve their character,learn knowledge,innovate their thinking,and contribute to the motherland;and at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping once again stressed the fundamental task of "cultivating people by virtue",requiring teachers to "establish themselves by virtue,study by virtue,teach by virtue,and educate by virtue".As the main undertaker of the responsibility of "cultivating morality and cultivating talents",the teacher's own morality and style of teaching directly affect the implementation of the basic task of "cultivating morality and cultivating talents" and the quality of college students' growth and development.Therefore,it is necessary to insist that educators should receive education first and strengthen the
