Research On The Path Of Strengthening The Construction Of Teachers’ Ethics In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

A strong education makes a country prosperous,and a strong education makes a country strong.The foundation of the country lies in education,and the foundation of education lies in teachers.Teachers’ professional ethics affect students’ development to a certain extent.Teachers’ noble morality plays a positive role in the cultivation of students’ good moral character and their growth.Under the background of the new era,the party and the state give priority to education,and repeatedly emphasize "giving priority to the development of education","strengthening teachers before rejuvenating the country","strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality and style" and "being good teachers".Strengthening the construction of teachers’ Ethics in Colleges and universities is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of "Building Morality and cultivating talents",the improvement of the overall quality of teachers in Colleges and universities,and the cultivation of generations of qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.It is imperative to strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality in Colleges and universities.The article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis.This paper mainly expounds the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the construction of teachers’ morality in colleges and universities,including the connotation and characteristics of teachers’ morality,the connotation and characteristics of teachers’ morality construction,the basic requirements of teachers’ morality construction in Colleges and universities,the relevant expositions of Marxist classic writers on teachers’ morality construction,the relevant expositions of Chinese Communists on teachers’ morality construction,and the teachers’ morality culture contained in Chinese excellent traditional culture,from the historical nature of teacher’s ethics,we can understand the relevant expositions of national leaders in different historical periods,and further deepen the understanding of the connotation of teacher’s ethics.The third part is the present situation analysis and the reason analysis.Based on the relevant literature and the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the achievements and outstanding problems in the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities.The reason analysis is mainly elaborated from four aspects: the vanity of the political guidance of college teachers,the unsound construction mechanism of teachers’ ethics,the weak atmosphere of teachers’ ethics construction and the imperfect construction system of teachers’ ethics.The fourth part is the path analysis.Mainly from the socialist core values as the guide,to college teachers’ ethics as the standard,to "four have" good teachers as the goal,to the legal system as the bottom line,highlighting the direction,integrity,demonstration and restraint of teachers’ ethics construction.
